I was a little cincerned to buy from Topdrinks because of bad reviews in Denmark. But everything was fine. Good selection to choose from, very good prices. 5 days delivery. A little confusion because I received 3 dutch mails from MySendle with three different ordrenummers, and then afterwards several statusmails, and finally two packages were delivered from GLS and PostNord. But everything is here now 👍

Broken bottles could only be refunded

I ordered a number of bottles. Two of them turned out to be broken upon delivery due to very poor packaging, it would seem. I filed a complaint, asking to have the two bottles sent to me. I was only offered a refund. I am used to better service from most other webshops, that I do business with. They would have re-sent me, what I had ordered, instantly.

Entering delivery address/recipient went wrong

The website didnt tell which of the addresses was the delivery address and which one was the invoice address, which caused me to mix up the recipient and the sender. Writing topdrinks on mail didnt help as they couldnt change it for me. Bad customer experience

A Dutch company with a Danish backdrop, which, until problems arise, is also with English and not only Dutch - but the Danish is gone - and with a telephone system, where a customer with a problem ends up giving up. I would "just" claim over a leaking Genever bottle! So after a few emails, I have given up my complaint + the company!

Bad customer service

The drinks came after a few days but some of it were broken in transportation. I asked for replacement of the bottles that where broken and they would only give me a 10% discount on next delivery- as if I’m gonna make another order with them…

I had to refuse acceptance of delivery, as there was broken bottle that had leaked through. on the positive side, they gave me 10 % discount on next order, but I have to make a new order, they cannot just resend this.

Ikke tilfreds…

det ville være rart at kunne afbestille hele sin ordre, når I alligevel ikke kan levere alt man har bestilt. Eller få mulighed for at vente med at modtage sine varer til I har alt (også selvom der står at varen er på lager når man bestiller!) Desuden er det møgirriterende at man skal rykke for sit tilgodehavende for de varer man har bestilt og betalt, men ikke fået, venter stadig, efter to rykkere, måtte også rykke ved forrige bestilling. Finder et andet firma.

The bottle arrived totally broken. The box smelled all over the house. Topdrinks promised a full refund (they are still evaluating my return request through) and gave 10% off the next order, what is nice of them. However, it was a gift and the experience and the smelly box ruined the surprise

Unfortunately revceived broken bottles.

Unfortunately, some bottles were broken in the last order and until now no success getting a replacement. 5 days ago, I received a single e-mail when I complained but since then no feedback or answers. The destroyed bottles are the reason for the poor review (= amount of stars)

2-4 days delivery on home page is more 2 to 4 weeks if you get you order at all. 2 star is because you can contact support but not for much help. 1 order was great, 2 order really bad, 3 maybe I will get my order after 3 weeks waiting or maybe not
