Tried Ifixit kit for the First time to replace my MacBook battery. Honestly the Kit made an extremely difficult repair easy. I wouldn’t have attempted it without the Kit. It is a must for anyone attempting this kit of repair!! Also with the Black Friday deal to get my little Travel Kit as-well awesome free postage as well. We’ll worth every penny. Only complaint with the whole experience was the delivery tracker function on postage didn’t work for me, so I wasn’t sure when or even if it would arrive however 2 days after order I came home from work to see it there. All round happy out and my MacBook has a new lease on Life.:)

Lack of communication
On Saturday 24th September I ordered a precision tool kit through their website. As of today 5th of October I have not received the product.
There is an option to track the order on the confirmation email but the status of this never changes.
I emailed the supplier this morning and I am still waiting for a reply.

Tried Ifixit kit for the First time to replace my MacBook battery. Honestly the Kit made an extremely difficult repair easy. I wouldn’t have attempted it without the Kit. I got my package about five days after the expected date. Based on my personal communication with FedEx, the seller only wrote my postal code and country without street and house number, which sounded strange to me. I mean FedEx should anticipate this before accepting any package to send. I contacted iFixit immediately and they really fixed it so that I receive my order two days later. I really appreciate the quick response from ifixit.

At this point I consider my self a regular customer at iFixit. They always take a good care packing up the ordered items and the shipping itself is also very fast (around 3 days on avg). But the best part of it all is that they always sneak in a small pack of Haribo gummy bears to your order :)

Very fast delivery and good quality goods, clear instructions provided. It is significantly more expensive to buy from EU than same item in US store, but no alternative really as batteries cannot be ordered from US. Still about 3 times cheaper than Apple original service replacement.

Excellent packaging, delivery was super fast, although I had to pay an express service, anyway, I loved the product, it was very easy to replace the battery and I've been using it for this last two weeks and I am very satisfied with it and recommend it.

I have no complaints, however, I would suggest for the Google Pixel 2 display adhesive instructions to be updated accordingly, they are outdated. I also have to praise the fact that ifixit finally has original Google pixel replacement items.

Great kit for replacing my 15 inch Mid 2015 dinosaur MacBook Pro. Battery now lasts up to 4-5 hours and I’m loving it. Totally recommend it. Great tutorial on how to replace it as well. Followed with ease 👌🏻👌🏻

Es gibt nichts auszusetzen an der Qualität. Die Produkte sind ihren Preis definitiv wert. Auch die gratis Beigaben sind nicht gerade günstig. Die Gummibären waren sehr süß🥹
