Tried Ifixit kit for the First time to replace my MacBook battery. Honestly the Kit made an extremely difficult repair easy. I wouldn’t have attempted it without the Kit. It is a must for anyone attempting this kit of repair!! Also with the Black Friday deal to get my little Travel Kit as-well awesome free postage as well. We’ll worth every penny. Only complaint with the whole experience was the delivery tracker function on postage didn’t work for me, so I wasn’t sure when or even if it would arrive however 2 days after order I came home from work to see it there. All round happy out and my MacBook has a new lease on Life.:)

Lack of communication
On Saturday 24th September I ordered a precision tool kit through their website. As of today 5th of October I have not received the product.
There is an option to track the order on the confirmation email but the status of this never changes.
I emailed the supplier this morning and I am still waiting for a reply.

repair videos pointed me to order a good set of repair & tinkering stuff
Found the company by the excellent repair videos and understood I needed this heating pillow thingy so ordered one, with a bunch of other repair parts whose I personally kind of have but thought would be useful in the company, and a magnetic & antistatic repair board that also seemed handy. The products are good, prices OK and delivery good, what else could I want?

the product is excellent; the tool set is also fine and suitable, but it was not clear to me that the clamp was not included.
The unfortunate aspect is the import to Switzerland which adds costs from DHL that are not adviced about beforehand; it would be great to have a better way to deliver to Switzerland

Fast delivery, even though there was no tracking number, I thought it would take longer to arrive. The tutorials are easy to understand, although there a few steps missing which can lead to come confusion. Other than that, had a fantastic experience and the products are working great so far!

I was able to replace the screen, not exactly how instructed but nevertheless I was successful.
I just have a complain on the lack of availability for the screen replacement kit. It took me months to be able to buy it.
