The original replacement part that I ordered is claimed to be a guaranteed fit for my Bosch blender, but it destroyed another part as well. The customer "care" can be reached solely via email, and their response time is terrible (3-4 working days). After 2 months of exchanging emails they returned the original price without asking me prior, and were deflecting any responsibility regarding the damage. They also refused to help to come up with any kind of solution. Despite the fact that their database of replacement parts is enormous I'd not recommend them due to such a despicable service.

Double check the materiall before put in the box, I received wrong material

A netes felület egészen jó, könnyen kezelhető. Sajnos a rendelésembe hiba csúszott, nem azt a terméket kaptam meg, amit rendeltem, de aki dolgozik hibázhat is. Viszont a kommunikáció az csapni való. Telefonos elérhetőség nincs, és napi egy E-mailra futja az ügyfél szolgálatnak. Ezen lenne hova fejlődni...

Nagyon jó weboldal lenne, mert nagyon sok alkatrészhez hozzá lehet jutni, DE ha esetleg nem felel meg a termék a visszaküldés nem jól működik. Jeleztem, hogy vissza szeretném küldeni a megrendelt termékek közül az egyiket, mert részben a mi, részben a téves információk miatt nem a szükséges gumigyűrűt rendeltük. Hosszas levelezés után se jutottunk dülőre. Visszáru kérelmemre a mai napig nem érkezett e-mail üzenet még a SPAM között se található. Telefonos elérhetőség nincsen, visszaküldeni pedig csak ha küldik a címet, akkor lehetséges. Elég patt helyzet. Már azóta megrendeltem újra a jó terméket és teljesen mást kaptam. Remélem azt legalább vissza tudom küldeni, mert nincs rá szükségem. várom az e-mail üzenetet. Csalódott vagyok.

I have ordered a carbon brush for my Beko EV6100 washing machine. Even though I have selected the correct model, the carbon brush delivered was incompatible. I have sent the product back, and I wanted the my money back for the postal fee as well, as the product was falsely described on the website as a compatible. The customer service was super slow, and super unhelpful, and they did not send back my money. Plus for the story, I went into a local shop after this experience and got the perfectly compatible brushes for HALF price. Would not recommend fixpart to anyone.

We have ordered and paid for two parts, but only one of them was delievered! There is no chance to reach them on phone, and there is no chance to reschedule the delivery with GLS too! Poor service, poor and slow communication if you are in a hurry and in big need! Not supported supplier!
