I'd like to express how impressed I am with MOHD's customer care, and Simona, in particular. Simona provided a remarkable customer care! She solved my issue in no time. Simona was extremely professional and very friendly. Her directions were very clear and very easy to understand what I gad to provide to her to solve my problem. Overall, it was a great experience. And my replacement item came yesterday, and it is in excellent condition. Thank you, Simona!!!! And thank you, MOHD!

Purtroppo devo dare solo tre stelle in quanto come da foto allegate, lo sgabello Aaron di La Palma è arrivato con un evidente difetto di verniciatura sul tavolino e un difetto del medesimo tipo ma più piccolo alla base. Avendo una certa dimestichezza con i lavori di bricolage sono riuscito a riverniciare le parti, dando una sorta di " goffratura" in linea col mio arredamento. Non ho provveduto a richiedere il cambio, visti i lunghi tempi di attesa ( più di due mesi) e avendo corretto molto bene il difetto. Perfetti gli oggettini ordinati assieme allo sgabello. Una nota di merito alla signora Marilena del client support che è stata gentilissima e disponibilissima in tutte le fasi di assistenza al cliente, motivando sempre i ritardi e proponendo alternative per i piccoli prodotti ordinati ed esauriti. Perfetto l' imballo di Mohd a cui avrei dato cinque stelle, solo un po' deluso da La Palma, per la non cometa attenzione al prodotto finito, considerando peraltro i costi. Un cordiale saluto.

Sinceramente non credo si possa fare di meglio: dalla cortesia all’attenzione per le esigenze del cliente ( anche il più piccolo) fino alla risoluzione in Toto degli eventuali problemi. Non sono un amante dei superlativi ma qui ci starebbero tutti. Un grazie particolare a Marilena che ha interloquito con il sottoscritto preoccupandosi in prima persona delle mie richieste.

Esperienza molto positiva! Azienda seria e super professionale; una citazione speciale per Marilena, customer service, che mi ha supportato in modo eccellente per una problematica insorta. La sua attenzione al cliente e la sua gentilezza mi hanno veramente colpito. E' proprio vero che le Aziende sono fatte dalle persone, e Marilena e' sicuramente parte integrante del successo di Mohd. Thank you so much for the perfect execution of our purchase of the Fast Forest Armchairs. We could not be happier. Everything went well from A-Z. Shipment from Catania via Rome, Leipzig, Madrid, Miami to Clearwater FL. The chairs arrived in good shape on time and assembly was not too hard. We love them!

MOHD/Louis Poulsen PH80 Warrantee Issue
A crack was discovered in the large shade of our Louis Poulsen PH80 Floor Lamp. This item was purchased from MOHD in Italy. A brief description along with a few pictures of the defect were sent to MOHD Customer Service. Silvia at MOHD secured a warrantee replacement shade which was promptly sent to our home. Considering the world-wide logistics this whole process was Professional and Efficient! Thank You MOHD, Louis Poulsen…and a very special Thank You to Silvia.

I ordered a coffee table from MOHD. The process ordering internationally was smooth and easy. Unfortunately, a portion the coffee table arrived damaged but MOHD was helpful about getting the replacement sent, which arrived safely. The customer service team is very responsive.
