Items on the site are quality, original, and often sold at affordable prices. The shipping service is reliable and fully traceable. I was involved in a return service for item defectiveness not dependent on the Mohd store and the Mohd's custemer service have been responsive to the needs and have taken care to update me on the progress.

Purtroppo devo dare solo tre stelle in quanto come da foto allegate, lo sgabello Aaron di La Palma è arrivato con un evidente difetto di verniciatura sul tavolino e un difetto del medesimo tipo ma più piccolo alla base. Avendo una certa dimestichezza con i lavori di bricolage sono riuscito a riverniciare le parti, dando una sorta di " goffratura" in linea col mio arredamento. Non ho provveduto a richiedere il cambio, visti i lunghi tempi di attesa ( più di due mesi) e avendo corretto molto bene il difetto. Perfetti gli oggettini ordinati assieme allo sgabello. Una nota di merito alla signora Marilena del client support che è stata gentilissima e disponibilissima in tutte le fasi di assistenza al cliente, motivando sempre i ritardi e proponendo alternative per i piccoli prodotti ordinati ed esauriti. Perfetto l' imballo di Mohd a cui avrei dato cinque stelle, solo un po' deluso da La Palma, per la non cometa attenzione al prodotto finito, considerando peraltro i costi. Un cordiale saluto.

We purchased a Copenhagen 101 lamp (Danish manufacturing company) in December 2023, which unfortunately arrived with a damaged piece (one of the glass spheres was broken), we reported it and we were assured that the replacement piece would be sent, which we received after 2 months. However, the piece was not the right one for our lamp. After a series of communications with customer service (and another sphere received as a replacement, always incorrect) we understood that the components of our lamp, which was new, were no longer produced by the Danish parent company. Mohd took care of taking back the damaged item at its own expense and sending us a new complete one. All this unfortunately after a year of emails and phone calls. Our 4 stars therefore go to customer service and in particular to Silvia who immediately proved to be present and willing to resolve our problems.

Lid melted off Eva Solo kettle

I bought the Eva Solo kettle, and after less than seven weeks of use, the lid melted. It melted completely into a pool of black plastic in the bottom of the kettle. If the lid of a kettle can so easily melt, it is not fit for purpose and it is not permitted under Australian Consumer Law to sell such an item. As you are selling into Australia, the law requires you to replace or refund the value of the kettle. I informed Eva Solo and they directed me to contact Mohd, who provides a 24 month warranty on the product. They said they would be able to follow up with their agent in Italy after I had approached MOHD. MOHD refused to honour their warranty, claiming that it doesn't cover accidental damage! I used the kettle only in the normal way, and provided photos. I certainly did not contribute to the problem. After more emails, on 16 May 2015 Sofia at MOHD said she would check again with the company and get back to me in a few days. On 29 May 2015 I asked Eva Solo whether they were able to offer any further assistance. I have not heard from either of them since. This is deceptive and fraudulent behaviour. I have a warranty on the product and it should have been honoured.

Tania was great. However… The item arrived damaged. You replaced it, asking me to return the faulty item - faulty because it was not packaged properly. Such a shame. The lack of attention to detail meant I was without a table for 6 months - I gave my previous one away when I ordered. A UK company would have apologised - which Tania did - many times - but they would also have issued a partial refund to compensate for the inconvenience caused. Just a thought. G

Ho ordinato una lampada di design qualche settimana fa: il prodotto è arrivato con qualche problema in una delle sue componenti. Sono stata ben supportata dall'assistenza che in tempi ragionevoli ha provveduto a farmi avere il pezzo da sostituire. Ringrazio per l'aiuto ricevuto!

The support was very effective (but a little slow)

The support was very effective and Tania from customer service was very kind. The only negative aspect was that it took almost 1 month to get a solution to the issue. However in the end every thing was solved and I am fully satisfied.

Good service but severely delayed delivery

I made an order in MOHD in November 2023. The webpage showed that it was expected to be shipped in 3 to 4 weeks. However, I did not receive the work until April 2024. During the process, I kept urging and asking about the progress, but I was never able to get the estimated delivery date. It was not until February that I finally received a notification from DHL that the goods would be shipped, but the goods were withdrawn because the base was damaged. After constant urging, I would like to thank Susanna for her patience and replying to my emails in time every time, although she could not keep track of the shipment progress. In early April, I finally received a shipment notification from DHL, but after receiving the goods, the base was damaged again. At this time, Tania from the Mohd after-sales department took over the processing, and I finally received the replacement base in late May. The whole process went back and forth with more than 100 emails to track the progress, and I almost thought I had encountered an online scam. Thanks to the two MOHD staff members, Susanna and Tania, if it were not for their good service, I would only give MOHD one star due to severe delays in delivery and no firm delivery date can be given.

L'esperienza è stata molto positiva. Anche se un prodotto è arrivato rotto, non ho avuto problemi con il supporto. La spedizione è stata veloce e quando ho fatto il reclamo l'assistente di spororte è stato molto gentile e mi ha spedito velocemente il nuovo prodotto. Ciò che potrebbero fare meglio è preparare i prodotti in modo che non si rompano.

Good

Purchase and deliveries were fast and smooth. There was a frustration in the customer service afterwards, but we understood that it was due to a misunderstanding on both parts. Overall I’ll be happy to use MOHD again.
