Purtroppo devo dare solo tre stelle in quanto come da foto allegate, lo sgabello Aaron di La Palma è arrivato con un evidente difetto di verniciatura sul tavolino e un difetto del medesimo tipo ma più piccolo alla base. Avendo una certa dimestichezza con i lavori di bricolage sono riuscito a riverniciare le parti, dando una sorta di " goffratura" in linea col mio arredamento. Non ho provveduto a richiedere il cambio, visti i lunghi tempi di attesa ( più di due mesi) e avendo corretto molto bene il difetto. Perfetti gli oggettini ordinati assieme allo sgabello. Una nota di merito alla signora Marilena del client support che è stata gentilissima e disponibilissima in tutte le fasi di assistenza al cliente, motivando sempre i ritardi e proponendo alternative per i piccoli prodotti ordinati ed esauriti. Perfetto l' imballo di Mohd a cui avrei dato cinque stelle, solo un po' deluso da La Palma, per la non cometa attenzione al prodotto finito, considerando peraltro i costi. Un cordiale saluto.

live in Singapore and visited a local shop which carries Poliform furniture. I fell in love with the Poliform Curve table in Verde Lepanto marble. I was a bit apprehensive of ordering from online vendors as I had a horrible experience with Miliashop years ago for another purchase of marble furniture which had arrived damaged and took a whole 9 months to resolve. But my experience with Mohd was outstanding. I had worked with Roberto to ensure that my order would arrive in perfect condition without any flaws and sure enough, when everything arrived, it was absolutely beautiful and flawless. Not a single issue with shipping and setup - and mind you, this is a large marble table for which is extremely delicate. With marble, you can also not be sure what sort of cut you will get, but Poliform products are exceptional and I could not be happier with the service from Mohd as well as the products from Poliform. I will most certainly order from Mohd again. Ask for Roberta - she is super wonderful to deal with.

MOHD is really a great company. They are not only have very beautiful furniture they also have wonderful staff who will help you all the way from buying to how to return it.I am living in Hong Kong and just bought my first apartment. I bought a beautiful sofa from MOHD but when it had arrived I found out that the elevator of the building that I am living is too small for the sofa. And I am living on the 41st floor. No way for two movers to move up the building. Moreover the stair cases of my building is too small for the sofa. I was really depressed. Luckily the moving company and MOHD both agreed to let me returned the sofa. On the way of all these troubles the staff that I have never met who called Najeeb helped me all the way and comfort me. I received the refund of the sofa today. I am deeply appreciate and I have confident to purchase expensive things from Italy.Thank you again Najeeb you are my angel! Oi Chun

I purchased a set of Fermob terrace chairs and table from MOHD in Messina for our Sicilian holiday home, one chair arrived damaged. Silvia at MOHD has been terrific in arranging for a replacement chair from Fermob, quite an effort, given that we are English, Fermob is large French company and delivery was in Sicily. Silvia handled everything entirely professionally in her dealings with Fermob and with me. She briefed Fermob on the issues so that Fermob could understand the exact nature of the damage and Fermob reacted as the reputable company they are by replacing the chair. A problem, professionally handled leading to success! Thank you once again MOHD. I cannot recommend MOHD highly enough , they are very professional, helpful and a delight to deal with.

Normalmente quando acquisto on line, prendo preventivamente atto delle recensioni con 1 stella... Nonostante la percentuale non proprio bassissima delle lamentele, ho dato fiducia ai tempi di consegna dichiarati nel sito (5gg lavorativi) ed ho effettuato l'ordine di una Lampada Artemide la sera alle ore 23 del 30 ottobre (prefestivo). Con mia sorpresa ho ricevuto l'oggetto stamattina, 3 novembre alle ore 11. Un grazie particolare va alla sig.na Marilena, che con estrema disponibilità nel rispondere prontamente e con professionalità, si è prodigata, tenendomi costantemente informato, per la soluzione di un piccolo problema da me creato. Ho ordinato 2 articoli con consegna gratuita, uno dei 2 ha subito ritardi di consegna c/o i loro magazzini, avendo urgenza di riceverne uno disponibile entro Natale, si sono immediatamente attivati con consegna DHL Express per l’articolo disponibile senza chiedermi spese di consegna per dover effettuare 2 spedizioni . Successivamente ho avuto problemi con la consegna con DHL e l’assistenza clienti e’ prontamente intervenuta a risolvere il problema. Molto soddisfatta dell’assistenza, super consigliato! Bravi!

We bought a coffee table on mohd.it, for a delivery in France. The buying experience was excellently supported by Susanna, who so kindly and acurately responded to our request for a quote and all our questions. Then, the table arrived damaged. We entered claim, not too sure what to expect. And here, it was Silvia who jumped in, simply brilliantly expediting everything. And just a few days later, a brand new table showed up at our door. Well done!

Ho comprato più volte da Mohd e ho sempre avuto esperienze super positive. Ma quello che veramente è stato differenziante rispetto a e-commerce simili è il servizio clienti: oltre ad avermi risposto nel fine settimana e in modo super veloce, Marilena è riuscita a risolvermi in brevissimo tempo un problema riguardo un ordine di ben 11 mesi prima contattando l’azienda fornitrice e ottenendo il massimo. Una garanzia davvero!!

I ordered a very interesting lamp from a collection that was no longer available in any store. The store employees contacted the manufacturer and got my dream lamp. Despite many difficulties, the employees were always in contact with me and tried to answer all my questions. They even decided to refund my money and start the procedure again after receiving the goods. Thank you very much Silvia (MOHD)

The customer service is excellent. They are client oriented, assisting you in everything. Great problem solving skills. The article that I’ve ordered arrived broken but the problem was solved immediately. The person that assisted me was Tania, she’s just great.

This is a second time we purchased furniture from MOHD. Both orders were quite large, price was very competitive and customer service was excellent. MOHD organized all shipping, customs clearance and delivery to our door (once for Australia and now for France). It was very easy to communicate with sales team and get what we were looking for. L'esperienza è stata molto positiva. Anche se un prodotto è arrivato rotto, non ho avuto problemi con il supporto. La spedizione è stata veloce e quando ho fatto il reclamo l'assistente di spororte è stato molto gentile e mi ha spedito velocemente il nuovo prodotto. Ciò che potrebbero fare meglio è preparare i prodotti in modo che non si rompano.

Ho trovato gli addetti al servizio vendita e post vendita davvero disponibili a seguirmi e rapidi nelle risposte. Spedizione rapida ed imballaggio impeccabile. Nonostante abbia avuto un inconveniente con un articolo il servizio post vendita si è subito adoperato offrendomi più possibilità per risolvere il problema nel migliore dei modi.

Servizio davvero oltre le mie aspettative. Sono stata informata di ogni passaggio con una gentilezza fuori dal comune. Marilena soprattutto è stata essenziale nell'aiutarci per una sostituzione dovuta ad un difetto del fornitore. Compré unas estanterias que por mala suerte llegaron con un golpe. Al ponerme en contacto con la empresa MOHD enseguida se hicieron cargo y se preocuparon para llegar a un acuerdo que compensara el daño. Son muy eficientes, sobretodo Silvia, quien se ha encargado personalmente de atenderme en todo momento. 100% recomendale.

Customer service has been fantastic at Mohd. I had an issue with a chair that had a structural defect and Silvia was amazing getting in touch with the supplier and finding a solution all within a day. I can highly recommend! dealt with it in a very efficient manner and I already had the problem sorted the very next day.

Personal service, customer oriented solutions and good follow up in case of problems. Sometimes, more clarity about time horizon for availability of products not in stock would help. Idem for the deliver date of products in stock (black box between validation of order and pickup by transporter)
