I placed my order 14 weeks ago for a blue La Marzocca Linea based on delivery date of ±5 weeks. One week after placing the order @MOHD delayed delivery to ±14 weeks.
Today, it's ±14 weeks since I placed the order and the delivery date has changed again to unknown "we are now awaiting for a new delivery date"
Two of my 4 requests to the customer team remain un-answered. And yet the MOHD website you still misleadingly advertises exactly the same item with 4/5 weeks delivery.

Extraordinary service. This was an international transaction so that certainly complicates things. The product arrived in poor condition (through not fault of anyone's - it was a large cedar block that cracked) and Francesca at MOHD took care of everything in the most seamless manner. I am eager to find more business to give them. I highly recommend MOHD and Francesca to anyone.

The client service was particularly efficient. I had the chance to deal with Tania and she was very helpful and kind.
Maybe something to be done is to work on the delivery timing….sometimes it takes longer than expected.

J'ai bénéficié des promotions pendant le Black Friday. Les prix pratiqués sont avantageux. J'ai passé une commande réglée par PayPal et j'ai pu également converser par mail. Nous avons fait plusieurs commandes, tout c'est à chaque fois très bien passé.
En cas de délais nous recevons un mail de mise à jour de la commande.
Le suivi est très clair. Le support est lui aussi très réactif pour un meuble nous avons eu besoin d'outils spécifique pour l'assembler, outils fournis par le support à leur frais.
