Purtroppo devo dare solo tre stelle in quanto come da foto allegate, lo sgabello Aaron di La Palma è arrivato con un evidente difetto di verniciatura sul tavolino e un difetto del medesimo tipo ma più piccolo alla base. Avendo una certa dimestichezza con i lavori di bricolage sono riuscito a riverniciare le parti, dando una sorta di " goffratura" in linea col mio arredamento. Non ho provveduto a richiedere il cambio, visti i lunghi tempi di attesa ( più di due mesi) e avendo corretto molto bene il difetto. Perfetti gli oggettini ordinati assieme allo sgabello. Una nota di merito alla signora Marilena del client support che è stata gentilissima e disponibilissima in tutte le fasi di assistenza al cliente, motivando sempre i ritardi e proponendo alternative per i piccoli prodotti ordinati ed esauriti. Perfetto l' imballo di Mohd a cui avrei dato cinque stelle, solo un po' deluso da La Palma, per la non cometa attenzione al prodotto finito, considerando peraltro i costi. Un cordiale saluto.

Wonderful service after a disaster at the beginning
Wonderful service
The story starts sad: I ordered a lamp which arrived in Switzerland completely damaged, it was the fault of the delivery company. Mohd immediately offered me a cash return or a replacement, I went for the replacement (I really want that lamp). Some weeks later, I received an invoice for the customs clearance from the delivery company. I contacted Mohd and they once again immediately, that means only after 2 or 3 minutes, that they will contact the company so Mohd can pay the invoice. So, even without the correct delivery of my lamp, I love the company and their service. So I am sure it won't be my last order.

We purchased a Copenhagen 101 lamp (Danish manufacturing company) in December 2023, which unfortunately arrived with a damaged piece (one of the glass spheres was broken), we reported it and we were assured that the replacement piece would be sent, which we received after 2 months. However, the piece was not the right one for our lamp. After a series of communications with customer service (and another sphere received as a replacement, always incorrect) we understood that the components of our lamp, which was new, were no longer produced by the Danish parent company.
Mohd took care of taking back the damaged item at its own expense and sending us a new complete one. All this unfortunately after a year of emails and phone calls.
Our 4 stars therefore go to customer service and in particular to Silvia who immediately proved to be present and willing to resolve our problems.

Customer service was attentive, Marilena answering promptly and gently to all my email helped me send back to the warehouse and re-ship a new item to replace the one that had gotten damaged during transportation. New item arrived in pristine conditions and proper packaging and was installed without any issue. Very satisfied!

I have bought quite a few items and furniture at MOHD in recent years. Very happy with them. Good prices, fast delivery with good packaging.
My latest order had an item which was damaged. Response the same day by their customer service (Marilena). A quick and very decent solution.

I love this website, their prices are competitive but even more I like their contact center, they are always super helpful and kind.

I ordered a Louis Poulsen desk lamp and found out that the lamp shade was cracked. It was shipped from Italy. I submitted a claim to Mohd and it was handled professionally. Thank you Silvia for your excellent service on responding to my claim. She went above and beyond to contact the supplier and send me shade replacement. It took few months for production and re-shipment from Italy and I’m so happy that it came in perfect condition. Silvia was always responding promptly during the process and keeping me updated. I recommend this store for their authenticity and service. Will def order again from them.

Happy Ending through great customer service
In my case the purchase of a blu acrylic tray took on the characteristics of a love story: Unfortunately, my object of desire was already out of production, not available on the German website of MOHD and thus completely out of reach. Customer service still made sure there was a happy ending, found a tray in Sicily and sent it to me via FedEx. This shows true passion for the job. Thank you, Alberto!
