First impression was not super good. The watch was supposed to be a gift an luckily I opened the box before to check everything. The box was dirty with dusty fingerprints. The plastic film on the dial was also dirty. Would have been extremely upsetting to hand this over like this as a gift and I mentioned in the order that this is for a gift! So I didn't appreciate the lack of care put in this order.
Also, the watch doesn't look like on the pictures on the website. You are clearly increasing the saturation on your pictures to make certain colors look deeper / more vivid. These 2 points were quite disappointing.
The watch still looks nice though and the quality also feels good so my review is still a positive one but I would think twice before I order from you guys again.

I watched a watch with simple fine strap. When I saw the Brighter watch that was exactly what I wanted and it had a lovely blue face. When it arrived I was delighted. I did have to contact Holzkern as I suspected the battery was flat. The customer service was outstanding they arranged courier, collected and returned within a couple of weeks. I get so many complaints as watch is so unusual. I would not hesitate to buy again from them

Très belle montre, esthétique soignée et élégante.On ne peut que l’avancer, ce qui est contraignant car la date est souvent désynchronisée. Un mécanisme bidirectionnel serait bien plus pratique. Si mes souvenirs sont bons, il était inscrit un changement de couleur en veille mais cette fonctionnalité n’est pas expliquée dans le manuel, ce qui crée de la confusion. Et j'ignore si c'est vraiment le cas. Le bracelet commence à noircir, J'espère qu'il y a des accessoires de nettoyage correspondant.

Eine Kleinigkeit die aber zum Verlust führen kann.
Ich muss ein wenig ausholen. Lieferung, aussehen des Armbandes .... TOP. Leider geht immer ein Stift raus. Ich habe versucht es dann zu kürzen einen anderen Stift einzusetzen dies ist nicht so einfach bzw. klappt nicht er rutscht trotzdem. Ich befürchte es ist nur eine Frage der Zeit bis ich es verliere. Ansonsten ist auch die Qualität sehr sehr gut. Nur der eine Stift ich habe mitlerweile keine mehr da die sich dann verbiegen. Ich habe im Service noch niemand erreicht.

First time using Holzkern. I purchased a watch and bracelet which arrived in good time during the Christmas period. The website was clear with good views of the items. Prices were attractive without sacrificing quality. The items were well packaged using their attractive boxes and gift bag. The only thing I would suggest is for the items to be photographed on a persons wrist in the case of the bracelet. Thought the stone design would have been a little larger. I ordered this bracelet for my husband as one of his Christmas presents. It is absolutely gorgeous! I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly it arrived! The bracelet seems to be extremely well made. I loved that it came with additional links, as well as the tools to add or remove the links as needed. I’m glad you asked my opinion on my purchase! When my package was delivered, my husband opened it thinking it was his because it was piled up with some of his deliveries. All he did was open the box to see what he had bought and had no idea what he was looking at and jokingly told me, “What’s this, I hope that that’s not for me.” Of course I felt a little disappointed, but on Christmas day when he opened it up and realized what it was after taking all the wrapping off and he fell in love with it! He is not an easy man to buy for and basically needs nothing, as he says. But, he took it out of the box and added the extra link, because he’s a big guy and has worn it multiple times now. The bracelet is masculine and looks great on my husband‘s wrist. The bracelet needed the enclosed links added due to his wrist being a little larger. It was a little challenging for us to try to do so. We took it to a local jeweler and within minutes, she had it the perfect size for him. I would highly recommend this bracelet.. in addition the online order came much faster than expected… and that was great especially because it was a Christmas gift.

The bracelet I got for my husband for Christmas came beautifully boxed, already hinting at the attention to detail of the product inside. The workmanship is gorgeous! I thought about this puchase for a while before buying. I bought this for the holidays for my boyfriend. I read all the comments/reviews on this brand and others. Finally pulled the trigger and bought it. Holzkern delivered in a timely fashion with updates on delivery. When the box arrived, I was pleasantly surprised. I did spend a couple extra dollars for gift box. I loved it. Also the message was great. My boyfriend loved the gift. Very sturdy and meaningful. We did have to take links out. I was able to take links off with the tools provided. I did watch the video too…. I was not able to put the link back together. I was afraid of ruining it. I decided to take it to a watch repair place. Easy, done. Overall, I recommend this bracelet.
