It’s been a while since I haven’t revived a pair of such well made shoes. They are both beautiful and comfortable at the same time. They feel really made with care and love, the leather is soft, the shape is perfect and the inside super cosy and comfortable.
I usually do not do any reviews but in this instance I was so impressed I had to! Thank you Balagan. You have a new costumer for life now.

The delivery went great. But unfortunately, the right side of the shoe had some damage.
I bought my shoes from the Balagan site, because I wanted to give my biggest support to a ‘smaller’ brand, but now that this happened I wish I had bought them from Zalando as they return policy is better.
I know have to pay 15€ for the return from Belgium to Italy… But the shoe is literally damaged and also the quality of the shoes felt a lot less then you would expect.

Lovely, lovely shoes, fast delivery.
Ordered on Monday, arrived on Thursday.
The only reason for giving 4* is the sizing. I have put in my basket all the shoes I wanted in my size, size 40. Then, lead by their official sizing chart/each shoe model sizing chart, changed it to 39 and made a mistake. Unfortunately, returning all 5 pairs.

Love the shoes , I was nervous as I have wide feet but they fit perfectly - unlike any other shoes I have bought.
I had issues with UPS delivering my order - they sent numerous rescheduled delivery date emails, and their website has a glitch and could not allow me to pay the UK customs tax which was so frustrating. I didn’t have good customer service with UPS on the phone. This caused hassle.

The shoes I bought are gorgeous and very comfy.
The shipping was fast, I've ordered them from Italy and in 3 days I've received them.
Only complain: all the packaging is Made of very thin Paper. I'm sure it's ecologic but the shoes box came broken and smashed, Luckily shoes weren't ruined but I would suggest better care of it.

Over the past two years I have purchased eight different pairs of shoes from Balagan. I have loved all of them and they have been comfortable and durable. I love Balagan for many reasons and I appreciate the size chart that always helps me to not make a mistake. I recommend this store and will continue to buy from them.

Pani Magdo, przez dłuży czas mieliśmy program lojalnościowy, ale postanowiliśmy go przeformułować i uprościć, mamy nadzieję, że wróci za jakiś czas :) A jeśli chodzi o zwroty - chcielibyśmy je jak najbardziej uprościć, wprowadziliśmy możliwość zgłoszenia i nadania zwrotu przez nasza stronę, jeśli miałaby Pani chęć podzielić się z nami swoim doświadczeniem, co okazało się problematyczne, będziemy bardzo wdzięczni za krótkiego maila - shop@balaganstudio.com.
