I did't know this brand before, as in Italy is no popular, but when I discovered it some weeks ago on social web channels, I was very impressed. Balagan style is really fresh and traditional at the same time.
I bought two pair of Balagan shoes on line and it was a very good experience.
The fitting of the shoes can be a little bit hard to choose, but every shoe model have its size chart very reable! Even so, I had some dubt about the size and I asked custemr care some help and people from that office were really fast and helpful.The shipping and delivering proces is really very fast, just 4 working days for an international order.
Just to help more people to buy online, if they have some sizing dubt, I can say to buy your real size!
I'm very happy to wear my new Balagan shoes! Looking forward to buy a pair of Balagan summer shoes!

Great quality shoes, amazing classical yet modern designs that I don’t come across very often. Very reasonable prices and I am happy to support a small brand. Will purchase again in the future!
PS sizes run large though, so I wish I would have gotten a size smaller but shipping costs not worth returning for me

The Shoes are absolutely stunning. I'm going for the Mishor Style Ballerinas and they fit like a glove, true to size. The orderprocess was easy and the Shoes arrived just a few days later.
