The only small minus was that I did not receive a confirmation of the delivery time. There was only a notification when the package was on its way.

Our most sincere apologies for the missing tracking link which I see was indeed exceptionally not shared with you due to a technical issue with the tracking system of the carrier which failed to send out tracking mails for some orders recently. We always send out timely tracking information to our customers but we only found out about the technical issue at the carrier a couple of days after the rug was shipped, by which time the rug was already delivered to you...
