The delivery of my satellite decoder was said to be 2-3 days. I ordered on a Friday so expected the parcel by the following Wednesday. It arrived on the following Wednesday. That was not a problem for me but I would have liked to have been informed about the delay. Also, I didn't seem to be able to locate the tracker number which baffled me. I am very pleased with the product however.

I can't review the service because i still haven't received the freesat box. Into the third week of waiting for delivery.
