Ordered something and payment was made, no indication that there would be a delay with the product at the time of ordering. A day later I got an email stating there would be a delay and a week later still have no update. Poor form that issues weren't highlighted at the time, if availability was an issue it should have been made clear at the time of purchase. I could have made an informed decision on whether to buy or not. I wouldn't have as I needed the product ASAP. Now a week has passed and I still don't have the item, nor do I have an update. A delay this long should have been met with the option for a refund so that I could purchase the item elsewhere. It was an item that I needed for my rehab. Very poor from teamsports. I wouldn't buy again.

Due to the weather conditions at the time and the heavy snowfall and black ice, there were unfortunately unforeseeable delays in the transport process. However, these have now been made up for and your delivery is on its way to you.
We already sent you the tracking information on January 13, which always shows the current status of the delivery.
If you no longer wish to receive the delivery, you are welcome to refuse acceptance and as soon as the delivery is back with us, we will refund the amount and cancel the order.

I had a small issue with the payment process. When I placed my order, I paid the full amount plus €0.50 which my bank charges for international transfers. However, the amount that finally arrived at your side was €0.73 less, which caused the order not to be processed immediately. I believe this happened due to additional charges from an intermediary or receiving bank.
It would be very helpful if there was clearer information about which transfer option to choose (e.g. “OUR” instead of “SHA”), so that the full amount reaches you without deductions. Apart from this, everything else with my order has been fine.
