I ordered a spare part for my excellent cyclone iv trailer, which I have had for 3 years. It is all very well designed and very high quality. The part arrived within just 50 hours of me ordering it, despite me living in the uk when it the shop is in the Netherlands. I received regular tracking updates and it was delivered by DPD. I am very happy with the part and with the customer service.

Replacement part
Needed to know if a replacement part was still available for my cyclone 2, because the parts shown on the webpage are for the later version.
Radical design promptly gave me an extensive answer, explanation and even a possible hack.
Luckily the new part still did fit, I ordered, and my 'old' cyclone will soon be back on the road.
So excellent customer service was provided, thanks!.

I ordered a trailer plus accessories, but wanted 2 wheel bags. The company rang me to check I hadn’t pressed the wrong button and accidentally ordered 2. Thank you for your concern (I did want 2). Please remind UK customers that VAT will be added by UK customs (20%), thanks BREXIT.
