Radicaldesign phoned me to confirm that I was content to collect the bag from a DPD drop-off point before dispatch; after confirmation the bag arrived after 3 days. 5* service for the team, the young lady (first name starting with an F, if her boss is reading this) who contacted us was friendly and professional … something often lacking nowadays.

Really helpful people to deal with and excellent products. I have adapted my trailer for various bikes and ordered spare and replacement parts on several occasions. They are always happy to advise and orders arrive very quickly.
