We can assure you that the package is on it's way to you but can not give you a delivery time as we depend onthe shipping company to deliver the package to you. The error on the address was corrected. The address was not forced into a dutch format as this is the format we use for all our shipping all over the world. We have shipped to the US for years now. As for the shipping cost, this amount is known to you before payment is made.
