Good quality products, but the heisei model with cotton seems to have a very thin fabric (so far I only have this model with suede leather - they are robust) So I'm afraid that my new shoes will soon be peep toes. I found the insoles are quite comfortable but a bit too thick, so that the upper part of the shoes is too snug (at least for my feet). I usually wear size 39 and have a slightly wider foot. I read that it might be better to size up, but I didn’t want my foot to look bigger than it actually is. I removed the insoles and now they fit well and feel comfortable. The only downside is that when I take them off, the textile material of the sole is visible, which doesn’t look very aesthetic. I tried adding the insoles back, hoping they would soften over time, but my foot doesn’t slide comfortably with them, so I prefer wearing the shoes without the insoles.
