As for the delivery in Spain, it went from bad to worse: they wouldn't bring it to my house for anything in the world, but I talked to you and managed to have my delivery left at a tobacconist, although the tobacconist was in another town and about half an hour from my house. I don't understand why they didn't bring it to my house or at least leave it at the tobacconist in my town.

Ordered a football outfit for my son (size 152), it arrived very quickly. Unfortunately, there was a stain on the shirt, so I called immediately and explained the situation. Thanks to the understanding employee and super fast service, a new shirt was in the mailbox the next day. Returned the other shirt and it was handled quickly. Very nice.

I ordered Nike football boots for my grandson, but upon delivery, there was a production error. After reporting this via WhatsApp, the issue was quickly addressed, a return was initiated right away, and even before returning the faulty pair, new football boots were sent from Voetbalshop's webshop without needing to reorder. In short, excellent service from the webshop.

Serious, service I had confidence.. but the lace of the product (Plastic end came in hand as soon as it was tightened)... Nike phantom 190€... maybe a product check when received on your side before sending to the client?... for my part I put a needle through and heated the plastic... because the option to return for so little seemed more complicated... you're not at fault for anything... Otherwise order service delivery times perfect.. if not for this... that's why 1 star is missing in my review

Easy site for ordering with different delivery speed options along with the associated costs. If you're in a hurry, you pay more; if you can wait, it's free. An improvement point is if you want to return something, you have to write it out on a piece of paper yourself because very often no form is included. It would be easier if you could indicate what you're returning via the site without having to fill in a paper form.

I initially ordered a size that wasn't quite spacious enough. So I immediately returned it and ordered another one. Delivered right away. Oh, how happy I was for my grandchild that the outfit arrived on time so he could cheer for Curaçao. And now waiting for the refund from the first order. This could be a bit faster as it's a lot of money.

My experience is that the stock is not well maintained. For example, a shirt in size 140 is still in stock, but the matching pants are always sold out, or vice versa. This makes it difficult to order a complete set. Additionally, I find free shipping from €50 illogical for football items. You don't often buy more than €50 worth of items and usually don't need everything at once. Moreover, you might later realize you've forgotten something like shin guards. Then you should be able to reorder them without paying shipping costs again. That would greatly improve customer friendliness. Lastly, I find the prices on the high side. I understand that the sales prices are largely determined by the manufacturers or suppliers and that there's probably little influence on this. That's why I almost always buy items on sale. Especially for children's clothing, I find the regular prices very high, because children often outgrow them within a season. Precisely for this reason, a more flexible shipping cost policy or additional benefits for returning customers would be a nice concession.

After I sent an email about the poor/lengthy handling of returned products, I suddenly received an email about the arrival/returned products. So I'm glad something was done with my email and therefore 5 stars. It's now going as it should.

The goalkeeper gloves are good and fit well. That wasn't the problem. But the DHL delivery person immediately went back to his car after ringing the bell and quickly left a note because he thought we weren't home. We were home but that took too long for him. Because we did call through the intercom (apartment) but he kept walking. And only 2 days later could we pick up the package at a pickup point. We weren't used to that from DHL
