Unfortunately, my first order was not the right size. Actually, I found the quality of the shoe not very good either. But that also had everything to do with the price. So I ordered a more expensive type in the right size. Great shoes and got a refund for the first order after a few days. In short, well arranged! Great!

The experience in the web store was very good and very friendly; the payment and the quality of the Witch Circle's tracksuit is luxurious. As for the delivery in Spain, it went from bad to worse: they wouldn't bring it to my house for anything in the world, but I talked to you and managed to have my delivery left at a tobacconist, although the tobacconist was in another town and about half an hour from my house. I don't understand why they didn't bring it to my house or at least leave it at the tobacconist in my town.

Ordered a football outfit for my son (size 152), it arrived very quickly. Unfortunately, there was a stain on the shirt, so I called immediately and explained the situation. Thanks to the understanding employee and super fast service, a new shirt was in the mailbox the next day. Returned the other shirt and it was handled quickly. Very nice.

It was a great and welcome surprise to see how quickly they shipped from Europe to America. Very easy transaction on their website, and the items wrapped very quickly. I will definitely use this site repeatedly, especially for grip socks that we cannot get in America (Robey)

I ordered Nike football boots for my grandson, but upon delivery, there was a production error. After reporting this via WhatsApp, the issue was quickly addressed, a return was initiated right away, and even before returning the faulty pair, new football boots were sent from Voetbalshop's webshop without needing to reorder. In short, excellent service from the webshop.

Sorry, but due to circumstances my granddaughter received it this evening. She is super happy and so am I because the advice regarding the right size for my teenage granddaughter is perfect, even allowing some room for growth. Very important in her age category. Thanks again. Happy grandma

The training jacket is smaller, therefore returned. But I will order a new XXL. However, the other order that was a medium size also fit small but cannot be returned anymore because it has already been worn, otherwise I would have exchanged it for a size L. Maybe a free training jacket size L.

It could hardly have been more correct. Everything was respected, even my return (too small) was arranged within a very short period of time! In the meantime, I have already received my new order with the correct size. So everything perfect.

Serious, service I had confidence.. but the lace of the product (Plastic end came in hand as soon as it was tightened)... Nike phantom 190€... maybe a product check when received on your side before sending to the client?... for my part I put a needle through and heated the plastic... because the option to return for so little seemed more complicated... you're not at fault for anything... Otherwise order service delivery times perfect.. if not for this... that's why 1 star is missing in my review

For years, we as a family have enjoyed purchasing from Voetbalshop. As an area for improvement, it would be nice to receive a confirmation email after making a purchase. Currently, we have to wait to see if the order went through successfully. You only find out once your order arrives a few days later.

The product is beautiful and the price is fine. Delivery could be faster; we had to wait a week. Tip: mention in the description where exactly the initials will be placed on the shoe if this option is chosen. Show an example with a photo.

Easy site for ordering with different delivery speed options along with the associated costs. If you're in a hurry, you pay more; if you can wait, it's free. An improvement point is if you want to return something, you have to write it out on a piece of paper yourself because very often no form is included. It would be easier if you could indicate what you're returning via the site without having to fill in a paper form.

Only got my soccer shoes, didn't receive a bag. I ordered the pink Nike Phantom from the World Cup and received it properly. Great shoes, but there was just no bag included. Otherwise, everything is perfect, no complaints.

From the few experiences I've had with Voetbalshop, it has always been pleasant. Beautiful products, neatly packaged, delivered on time, and clear communication via email, absolutely top-notch.

I initially ordered a size that wasn't quite spacious enough. So I immediately returned it and ordered another one. Delivered right away. Oh, how happy I was for my grandchild that the outfit arrived on time so he could cheer for Curaçao. And now waiting for the refund from the first order. This could be a bit faster as it's a lot of money.

My experience is that the stock is not well maintained. For example, a shirt in size 140 is still in stock, but the matching pants are always sold out, or vice versa. This makes it difficult to order a complete set. Additionally, I find free shipping from €50 illogical for football items. You don't often buy more than €50 worth of items and usually don't need everything at once. Moreover, you might later realize you've forgotten something like shin guards. Then you should be able to reorder them without paying shipping costs again. That would greatly improve customer friendliness. Lastly, I find the prices on the high side. I understand that the sales prices are largely determined by the manufacturers or suppliers and that there's probably little influence on this. That's why I almost always buy items on sale. Especially for children's clothing, I find the regular prices very high, because children often outgrow them within a season. Precisely for this reason, a more flexible shipping cost policy or additional benefits for returning customers would be a nice concession.
