When an order takes more time than mentioned on the website, there is no communication. Just a mail to say it lasts a little longer would be very nice.

Le délai de traitement de la commande est trop long ! Cela fait 2 fois que je commande et à chaque fois j'ai du réclamé (après les 11 jours ouvrables mentionnés) pour que ma commande soit enfin traitée !!! Sinon j'aime beaucoup ces bijoux car les éléments sont interchangeables et on peut les adapter à la tenue.
