Delivery was on time and box that it came in was nicely done. Presentation looked great. Bracelet looks beautiful with nice packaging. My only concern is the screws that hold all the links together. I think there's way too many adjustable links with the potential for screws to fall out and loose the bracelet. The bracelet only came with a total of 8 permanent links. This is silly and wouldn't fit anyone. Any suggestions...? Thanks, Rob Lane

The bracelets are beautiful and the clasps are workable. One clasp in particular is perfect and I wish they used it on all of their bracelets, where you squeeze two spring points and the bracelet stays in one piece but pops wide open. I’d love to see that design on the bracelets instead of the one you have to pick at with your fingernail. Also, the boxing is exquisite, but I’ve bought three of these bracelets and now I have these three wooden boxes that I can’t bring myself throw away, but don’t have any use for. I don’t know what they could do about that, but perhaps they could be returned and reused or they could go to a simpler packaging which might In turn reduce the cost or could even give consumers the choice of whether they wanted the exquisite packaging or just a simple cardboard box. I was buying these for myself and not as a gift so I appreciated the exquisite packaging, but didn’t really need it. But I want to conclude by emphasizing that three bracelets I have are my favorites and all I wear now and I wear them every day and I get compliments on them.

Absolutely love this bracelet! I had to adjust the length. I went to the web site and watched the video and had little issue. The bracelet is a little thin for the supplied tools and the pins are very small so took a little "fiddling around" to get them out and back in but not a huge issue. And yes, it does sometimes pull arm hair just like all other link style bracelets. Ordering was easy and shipping was incredibly quick and smooth. Packaging was also very nice! Highly recommend this company and this bracelet!

I like the product line and the prices are good. The packaging of the jewelry is beautiful. The only thing I could add is that my latest order of 3 little wooden boxes with earrings came loosely rattling around in their postal box, so whoever does the packing could do with using a little paper wrapping, otherwise I am always very happy with everything about Holzkern products and service.

Shipping was as described but it took a long time to actually get the package in the mail. Both of my orders took over 3 days which really imposes that 5 to 9 working day delivery time. The bandlets for men are beautifully crafted but I also thought they were a little small in width for a large guys arm. Being over 6' it looks a little small as compared to other of this quality, like esquire. One of my clasps is fidgety and only keeps closed in one way. In total I have purchased 6.

I received a bracelet that bled. While they were prompt in replying I purchased the bracelet with a discount code. They sent me a voucher for what I paid but it still ended up costing me an extra 27$ because they did not send the discount code until after I already paid for the replacement with the gift card they refunded me with. They should have just reordered a new bracelet for me and skipped the sending of the gift card etc. - kind of a hassle and waste of my time. In the future though, I would consider not ordering from this site because ultimately a defective bracelet that I purchased as a gift cost more than it should have in both time , money and effort.

A bracelet that I purchased fell off my wrist within 5 minutes due to a loose screw. I was able to fix it with one of the replacement screws that came with it, but, I emailed the company and requested additional pins and screws in case it happened again because they are so tiny if you drop one, you'll never find it. I had already lost the original screw and one replacement. They responded very quickly and replacement screws were on their way immediately. Excellent customer service and beautifully made jewelry.

Was very pleased at the quality of the Star Trek bracelet that I received. I really appreciated the fact that the size was easy to adapt to a wide variety of wrists. I have small wrists and can't wear a lot of men's bracelets as they are usually too big and can't be made smaller. With your tools that were provided, and the great help video on you website I was able to resize the bracelet to the perfect size for me. The shipping time was excellent. Really fast. I got the bracelet on the date promised. Also the packaging was really nice and would be great used for giving one of your items as a gift. At this time I do not have a recommendations for anything more for you to do that make the product and buying experience any better. You have a great system in place now, don't change it!

I have bought two watches so far from Holzkern and I love both of them. They are my go to watches and I love the materials they are made of. Personally I really like many of the designs they have and I’m most likely to be getting more. They are still both going strong as I take good care of them, but they seem more sturdy than I expected as it says natural materials degrade faster. The packaging also helps so much that I store them in the boxes full time now

Love the product. It was bought as a Father’s Day gift for my husband. Unfortunately he still has not been able to wear it since we now have to take it to a jeweler to get the provided lengthening piece put in. The do it yourself kit is not sufficient for this price point and is impossible to do yourself. The product should come in sizes instead of including tiny tools to attempt to remove a tiny, super tight dual piece pin, and then reassemble.

Great products. Communication is challenging with American English in my southern vernacular. Not the manufacturer’s fault altogether, although I got frustrated before getting my problem solved. After an extended period of time waiting for new components for sizing because of customs questions on parts shipments, I was informed of the correct method for sizing that was new information to me. My dilemma was not understood correctly by customer service the first time, turns out. I will reorder from Holzkern, their products are top notch.

Ordering items online can often be a source of anxiety, as the quality of products frequently fails to meet expectations. However, I was pleasantly surprised by this experience. The delivery was remarkably prompt, and the bracelet arrived beautifully packaged, appearing even more impressive in person than it did in the online photographs..

I had a bit of difficulty getting my watch, which was inadvertently sent back by the post office in error. The company worked with me and communicated with me every day so that we could rectify the issue and I was able to receive it in time for a 60th birthday. The watch is absolutely stunning in person!

We added one of the additional links so it fits perfectly and really suits him. It's well-made, the packaging was beautiful, it arrived quickly, and we're quite satisfied. Finding the video on how to add the link took a minute, but was helpful when I found it and I was able to add it in less than 10 minutes altogether. Thanks for a nice product!

I bought this for a Father’s Day gift for my husband and he absolutely loved it! It is made with quality materials and it has a good weight to it on his wrist. The design is unique and beautiful with the look of part wood and part tiger eye! The packaging was set in a beautiful handcrafted box. Definitely purchase if you are on the fence!

The product itself is five stars but the delivery was not. I am not sure if someone broke into the box and tore it apart or if it fell apart during shopping but the presentation opening the mailing box was not good. I will still most definitely purchase from them again because their products are beautiful and well crafted but was a little disappointed in how it arrived.

The pictures on the website really don't do the watches justice. I got the mirrordance and it's lovely. The watch is solid and well built. It arrived quickly. I did have trouble with the tool to add links, but there was a video on the website that was very helpful.

For the price point, this is a stylish, well-made, and durable item. However, shipping times are horrid and, based on my buying experience, borderline deceptive. When I made my purchase, the website featured a countdown clock which stated orders placed today, ship tomorrow. Although a shipping label was instantly created (locking in the non refundable sale), the ship status did not change for more than a week AND the item was shipped from overseas to the US. So it did not arrive for a few weeks after placing the order. I will likely make another purchase, but caution other buyers: Be prepared for lengthy shipping times.

I was a little disappointed that the US had a smaller collection to choose from. I got over that fast when the two bandlets I purchased arrived. Very promptly I might add. The quality and craftsmanship was even better than pictures. Very happy and excited I found you. I’m excited about wearing jewelry again.

I understand that this watch uses natural materials and that every dial will be unique. In fact, that's one of the reasons I purchased it. I wasn't expecting an exact match to the photos. However, the watch I received is not just slightly different. It looks like an entirely different product. The listing photos show a bright, vibrant dial with visible blue, purple, and iridescent tones throughout. The watch I received has a dial that appears almost completely black in most lighting conditions, with none of the colorful effect that drew me to the watch in the first place. Natural variation should mean differences in pattern, color distribution, or intensity. It should not mean receiving a watch whose overall appearance bears little resemblance to the advertised photos. If the product can vary this dramatically, the listing should include a wider range of example photos so customers know what they might actually receive. The watch itself seems well constructed, and the gold mesh band is attractive, but the dial was the main selling point for me. Unfortunately, the actual product falls far short of the expectations created by the listing images. Overall, I feel the product photography is misleading. Natural variation is understandable, but the watch I received is not even remotely close to what was advertised.
