A QR code was provided for instructions on how to add links. Unfortunately, when you scan it, it sent you to the faq page of your website and a generic format. From there, I had to hunt down instructions on how to add extra links for the bracelet I bought, sending me to multiple pages and videos. The process itself was very difficult. The QR code should send you directly to the video you need for the exact item you purchased. If it wasn't for tools I have for my smart watch bands, I would have been unable to do it. The bracelet itself is beautiful and looks great.

The men's Misir watch, with its intricate silver filigree-on-black design is marvelously made, feels very comfortable on the wrist, and is a striking time piece that has brought out many positive comments from others. The only difficulty I had with the watch was removing a band link on each side of the watch to better fit my wrist, which took a great deal of dexterity and force to manipulate the tiny, provided tools and VERY tight screws to remove the holding pins.

I love this watch! I'd been eyeing it for some time and finally decided to buy it and I'm so glad I did! It's just perfect. Not too big, not too small for the face size. Easy to read. Very simple and classic but elegant. It goes with anything. It's very comfortable, it never rubs or causes any irritation. It took me a little time to figure out how to adjust the band size, and I had to watch a few YouTube videos, but figured it out and it was easy. So happy with this!

I bought a necklace to match earrings that were a gift from my daughter. I loved both earrings and necklace but have a suggestion - the ring attaching the necklace to the chain is very small. I would have liked to change the orientation of the clip fastener for the chain, as I’m right handed but the very small attaching ring means I’d have to prise it open and risk damaging it to switch the chain fastening. Would be great to have a larger ring to be able to slip the gold dangle piece off easily. Just a thought! I imagine most people are right handed so would prefer to fasten the chain with their right hand. Otherwise I’m very pleased with the quality and the design - and also the very reasonable price!

First of all, LOVE them ALL! Thus (in a nice way) making it hard to choose. A fun thing. Love all the blacks, and almost everyone took a black and a silver. We LOVE the blue marble the one that has the big marble across from the top, but u r out of stock with that one . All the other S.S. ones,with the different colors going thru them are smashing. You have the brown stone in the middle, but lack in the collection, a green stone. My friends and relatives had a hard time choosing, i had them take 2 or 3 bracelets. They are all wonderful. Please keep me in your loop.

This most recent purchase, I wrote requesting a speedy shipment as my husband's bracelet broke only one week before his birthday and it arrived the day before so I could get it to him on time! Excellent customer service and super speedy delivery! I ordered my hubby a gift for our anniversary on 7/26 and our anniversary is on 8/1. I was so behind that I forgot to order him a gift. I placed a note on my order form and I'm not sure if they saw it or if the shipping was super fast. The order arrived on our anniversary!! I was so happy! I was able to give the gift without him ever knowing that I waited until the last minute. The bracelet is beautiful and he LOVES it. It came with extra links, but it fit him perfectly without adjustments. Excellent product and excellent service!

I purchased a bandlet for my husband and needed to add a couple links. While we do love the product, It was very frustrating that it comes with no directions and the examples on your website don't really apply to this particular item nor could I find it on youtube.com. I finally had to take it to a watch shop where I was charged almost $30 to have it done. I was trying to add it to the end of the band where the pin wouldn't come out and I simply needed to do it in the middle. If I had known that I wouldn't have had to pay someone else to do it! Also wish tracking could be made simpler. I shouldn't have to reach out to you to find out where it is.

Delivery was on time and box that it came in was nicely done. Presentation looked great. Bracelet looks beautiful with nice packaging. My only concern is the screws that hold all the links together. I think there's way too many adjustable links with the potential for screws to fall out and loose the bracelet. The bracelet only came with a total of 8 permanent links. This is silly and wouldn't fit anyone. Any suggestions...? Thanks, Rob Lane

The quality is fantastic!! It’s my 2nd one for my husband as he wore the other one out wearing it nonstop for 2 years! He’s so hard on jewelry so these bracelets are perfect for him!!! He gets LOTS of male compliments on how manly it is and it goes with no matter what he’s wearing or the occasion!!

The bracelets are beautiful and the clasps are workable. One clasp in particular is perfect and I wish they used it on all of their bracelets, where you squeeze two spring points and the bracelet stays in one piece but pops wide open. I’d love to see that design on the bracelets instead of the one you have to pick at with your fingernail. Also, the boxing is exquisite, but I’ve bought three of these bracelets and now I have these three wooden boxes that I can’t bring myself throw away, but don’t have any use for. I don’t know what they could do about that, but perhaps they could be returned and reused or they could go to a simpler packaging which might In turn reduce the cost or could even give consumers the choice of whether they wanted the exquisite packaging or just a simple cardboard box. I was buying these for myself and not as a gift so I appreciated the exquisite packaging, but didn’t really need it. But I want to conclude by emphasizing that three bracelets I have are my favorites and all I wear now and I wear them every day and I get compliments on them.

I bought the silver and walnut bracelet for my husband as a ten year anniversary gift. He loved it - the gift box, the tiny pillow, how easy it was for him to adjust the size. He's not taken it off since. High quality, handsome, very masculine, I'm so happy with him. Oh, and the bracelet too!

Absolutely love this bracelet! I had to adjust the length. I went to the web site and watched the video and had little issue. The bracelet is a little thin for the supplied tools and the pins are very small so took a little "fiddling around" to get them out and back in but not a huge issue. And yes, it does sometimes pull arm hair just like all other link style bracelets. Ordering was easy and shipping was incredibly quick and smooth. Packaging was also very nice! Highly recommend this company and this bracelet!

I like the product line and the prices are good. The packaging of the jewelry is beautiful. The only thing I could add is that my latest order of 3 little wooden boxes with earrings came loosely rattling around in their postal box, so whoever does the packing could do with using a little paper wrapping, otherwise I am always very happy with everything about Holzkern products and service.

This watch was a replacement for a “beloved” Gold/Marble one, which fell into the harbor basin walking up the gangway… (note to myself: check the leather band from time to time). Probably the best I can they about the watch are the compliments getting from people at work, the restaurant, the hotel reception, … “this is a nice/beautiful watch you are wearing”!

The watch itself is really beautiful. I love the natural aspects of it. The only thing that would make it a little better for me personally is that in the evening the dial indicators would illuminate a little more. But that may take away from its natural look. I haven’t worn the watch to any functions yet. Interested in the reactions I’ll receive.

Shipping was as described but it took a long time to actually get the package in the mail. Both of my orders took over 3 days which really imposes that 5 to 9 working day delivery time. The bandlets for men are beautifully crafted but I also thought they were a little small in width for a large guys arm. Being over 6' it looks a little small as compared to other of this quality, like esquire. One of my clasps is fidgety and only keeps closed in one way. In total I have purchased 6.

The website was easy to use. The shipping was really fast, and the ring was beautiful. My only complaint, and a minor one at that, is that the ring didn’t fit the holder in the box supervisor well and would slide around a bit. I had also hoped that the gift box would be the thing that carried the ring not the normal box inside the gift box.

I received a bracelet that bled. While they were prompt in replying I purchased the bracelet with a discount code. They sent me a voucher for what I paid but it still ended up costing me an extra 27$ because they did not send the discount code until after I already paid for the replacement with the gift card they refunded me with. They should have just reordered a new bracelet for me and skipped the sending of the gift card etc. - kind of a hassle and waste of my time. In the future though, I would consider not ordering from this site because ultimately a defective bracelet that I purchased as a gift cost more than it should have in both time , money and effort.
