Ich wollte möglichst rasch, möglichst unkompliziert und möglichst hübsch einen Geschenkgutschein bezahlen und ausdrucken. Alles nicht möglich. Zuerst einmal kommt man gar nicht auf die Website, weil ihr Zertifikat abgelaufen ist. Überspringt man diese Hürde, sucht man länger nach einem Gutscheinangebot. Einmal gefunden, dauert es unerhört lange (Tage!), bis man zuerst nur eine Kopie der längst bezahlten Rechnung erhält. Der ausdrucksbare Gutschein braucht nochmals einen Tag - und sieht nach nichts aus. Das ist heutzutage kaum noch vorstellbar (Digitale Zahlungsmittel sind längst Alltag, ein Gutschein sollte sicher und automatisiert innert weniger Minuten ausgedruckt werden können.) Von daher leider nicht weiterempfehlenswert. Erneuern Sie ihre Website und Zahlungsmittelmöglichkeiten.

I contacted customer support three times with basic questions and received no response.
