Ordered two bottles of Ardnahoe whisky I had not seen before, they were only released in Germany. They took a little longer to arrive but that was due to customs as I’m in the UK. The bottles were packaged very well and arrived in perfect condition, there was even a surprise sample which was unexpected and a nice touch. I’ll definitely be buying from Whisky Agents again. 👌

I recently purchased a rare bottle of Octomore from Whisky Agents and the entire process was a pleasure, despite a delivery hiccup that had nothing to do with them. My delivery was delayed for reasons I still don't fully understand, but related to La Poste in France. They failed to deliver the parcel on time and my order was returned to Whisky Agents. Michael — the owner — contacted me promptly to find out what had happened, and, because I was no longer in the country, kindly offered to re-route my order from France, where I had initially been staying, to Spain, where I normally live. Email communication was easy, friendly and effective. After Michael received my new delivery address, the package was on its way the same day, and I received it two days later. Call me old-school, but I appreciate it when people go out of their way to accommodate your needs and ensure you're a happy customer. Michael obviously understands this and did everything to make it happen. I will 100% be shopping with Whisky Agents again — their collection of rare bottles is top-notch, but their customer service is just as good, and that's a rarity these days. Overall, a great shopping experience.

I ordered one bottle, but then I decided to order another one after I already submitted the order. I contacted the people at Whisky Agents, asked if it would be possible to add another bottle to save on shipping costs, and it was no problem. Bottles arrived safely and quickly with a wonderful sample gift. Croatians have been ordering from this site for a while,e and it's amazing. You should definitely give it a go.

The selection of products is great and the shipping was very fast. There was even an issue with my order at import that Michael was already working on before I even knew about it and was resolved in a few days. I definitely will be ordering again in the future.

I really enjoy getting samples with my order. My only complaint is the use of polystyreen chips in the packaging. Im sure there is something less polluting and cost efficient

My money was quickly refunded. However I still don't understand why the bottle I ordered was blocked by french customs. If you ever find out why I would appreciate you sending me the reason. To start with, everything works as expected, only the shopping basket was somewhat hard to find on the site. Delivery is fairly quick. There's hardly anything to improve. :-) The bonus sample on my order is a much appreciated gift. Keep up the good work!
