Send order in smaller boxes if it possible. The courier in Estonia have an option to leave package in parcel machine if nobody at home, but the box was too big to fit in it. The box was full only on 2/3, at least 25cm of free space in it. In general average parcel machine can fit 60cm deep package. Not big deal, but anyway.

The selection is always good. I got the Head Extreme MP, looking to change up the game slightly, went for a tighter string and slightly lighter racket 300gm. Love the look of the racket firstly and its slightly bigger than the Technifibre ISO but found it handles well with oceans of spin capability so a bit of timing to work on. Love it. The service of setup was spot on, perfectly / masterfully done. There is nowhere else to go for tennis!

I am a new customer and I deserved a 10 euros discount, when subscribed to the newsletter. I have never received a code but I placed the order anyway. I have sent an email to the customer support and they send me a code for that discount which is valid for purchases over 75 euros. There is not such term written in the web site. Anyway, they also told me that my order placed at 17/9/2026 has been sent at 18/9/2026 and that they could not do anything to undo the misunderstanding. Today is the 25/9/2026 and my order has not arrived yet! It is on its way for a a week now! This is not good. I am very disappointed.
