I've made multiple orders with Bergfreunde and am generally satisfied. However my last order was (and currently is being) a disaster. Placed an order on the 19th of August, expected delivery time 8-10 working days. Almost two weeks later, no status update (order still 'Received'). I contact Bergfreunde and get an auto-reply stating that delivery times could be stretched for a couple of working days. All good, so I wait. A week later, no update whatsoever. Order status the same, no contact from Bergfreunde, nothing. I send a new message, get exactly the same auto-reply. I reply to that message, nothing. Today I send a new (third) message and finally get a human response back! Order was lost, they were going to refund me. Bummer. But when I see the refund amount I understand that Bergfreunde's expert is referring to the wrong order (from over a year ago). Still waiting to hear back from them..

As I mentioned to you before I find your website a bit complicated and more information about the products you sell would be great. This is the second time I have ordered this jacket and it looks very good. However I can't find any washing instructions on the jacket. There is a label but no washing instructions on it which is very strange. Please inform me regarding this as soon as you can.

Your website could give more details about the products you sell. Also the sizing section is hard to understand.

Terrible customer service. Never reply, and their courier, DHL, lies. Waiting for an order, I contacted them four times, never to get an answer or help. Online purchases should be simple and easy. When trust is lost, there is no going back.

I am refering to Order number: 37695660 placed on 21.08.2024 on your web site. Until today I have not seen any change from status "received". One would expect that you dispatch your orders promptly and without delays. I am surprised and disapointed that you are so slow in dispatching the sold products. If there is any kind of problem or objective cause for the delay, you should inform the customer about it so that we are not in doubt what is hapening with our orders. Thank you, Matjaž

Hi , I’m totally confused. Order number : 37609972 . I have ordered two jackets and two pairs of boots for my wife and the price was 250 € but in a check out it was not 250 but about 300€ . Shame on you !!! Totally scam . I have paid those 300 € but I am thinking that it will be last order from this seller. They’re cheating with prices , avoid !

The product arrived very fast and well packed. The problem is that I ordered a different one... The client invests time in selecting and paying and waiting and after all of this gets something different. Disappointed...

placed and paid order on Monday, after 5days the order status is still "recieved", not moving at all, not processed, nor dispatched...haven't got any update :(

Your website is short of information and finding my shoe size was complicated. Why are all the sizes in US sizes?

Slow order processing. 4 days after payment and still "being processed". Disappointed.

Awful, really awful, they promise fast delivery before they take your payment. Then they take your payment and this all changes, then they email to say it's delayed and dont give any more information. Then when you phone customer service they hang up the phone on you, then when you email customer service they say it will take 4 days to respond. I will now report this transaction to my credit card company as I feel like I've just been robbed.

Until now I still haven't received my order. Why? 3 days have passed with the status "Being processed"! This is my first time to order from you and I am so disappointed on how you handle this!!!

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes in uk sizes 8 and 8.5, received US sizes 8 and 8.5 which I now have to pay to return. I am 100% confident that I selected the correct size of shoe and so believe there may be an issue with the ordering system.

All perfect, untill it is not, recived damaget article and have big problems with after sales team.
