The product arrived very fast and well packed. The problem is that I ordered a different one... The client invests time in selecting and paying and waiting and after all of this gets something different. Disappointed...

Your website is short of information and finding my shoe size was complicated. Why are all the sizes in US sizes?

Slow order processing. 4 days after payment and still "being processed". Disappointed.

Always a good experience. However, when I recently ordered a cycling jacket for my wife, I had to return it as it didn't fit. I returned it and ordered the size above. Again, this did not fit and I have just returned it. The size of the jacket did not match the size chart offered on the website in any way. This cost me time and money.

Products meet expectations, delivery times are reasonable as are the prices.

The walking sticks were on the website as Eu24, but it came up as Eu 29 at checkout. Also, it said Eu 5 discount if become a member. This did not happen.

Good info about the product I purchased- made making the choice easier for me. Above average purchase proccess. Could be a bit more user friendly purchase-form- asks the same data too many times over and then successfully completes the purpose as intended. Like reduce the middlesteps by 1 middlestep and it's more optimized. Otherwise good attitude for customer care and customer welfare. Good shopping experience so far. I recommend bergfreunde, because they keep quality and customer satisfaction in high regard. Just 1 middlestep in te purcase your item form doublechecks the data twice..., then lets you pay for the item and tells you if payments successful and order verified. No unwanted clitches, relatively fast response to button-clicks, could be faster to reach to the payment, when I am sure I picked the right product for me. Only bad if a customer mis-chooses the product because it makes ordering and paying a bit faster. Otherwise responsive web environment, good customer satisfaction policies, quite accurate data about the products(running shoes). Only lacking the running shoes size comparison, needed to google to make sure, I picked the right size, because I doubted in my memory, but my memory was correct this time. Would have wanted to get the size comparison table from bergreunde, instead of googling for it. adding the size comparison data: US; UK Europe, Japan size type of thing makes choosing the product size more convient. Less risk for picking the wrong size nr for your running shoes. Thankfully salomon's (what bergfreunde sells) stuff is true to the standard size nr most of the times- makes it easier for customers, but the table would help to avoid doubleguessing and mispurchase on other producers who'se size determination is a bit iffier in comparison to salomon's.

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes in uk sizes 8 and 8.5, received US sizes 8 and 8.5 which I now have to pay to return. I am 100% confident that I selected the correct size of shoe and so believe there may be an issue with the ordering system.
