Would have given 5 stars if there was a free returns policy in place. Apart from this issue, Bergfreunde is one of the best outlets in the EU.

Ordering experience was easy. The boots arrived within the estimated time and the packaging was safe, secure and recycleable. The order was correct for size and colour the boots were in pristine condition. The only downside was with the delivery service, they did not seem to regularly update the tracking page so when the package arrived I was not expecting it.
