Hi! I did not receive the order at my home address. Instead I was offered to pick up my order by myself from the unknown pick-up point. I don't have the car, so I cannot do it. I am afraid that I'll lost the money also. Certainly, I will not make the orders in your company in the future and, of course, I will not recommend do it to other people.

non-fulfillment of the order

Hi! I did not receive the order at my home address. Instead I was offered to pick up my order by myself from the unknown pick-up point. I don't have the car, so I cannot do it. I am afraid that I'll lost the money also. Certainly, I will not make the orders in your company in the future and, of course, I will not recommend do it to other people.

Dear customer, we are sorry to hear that there was a discrepancy with the delivery of your order. Your shipment will be deposited for you at a UPS access point until May 21st. We will contact you in a separate e-mail with the address of the UPS Access Point so that you can collect your parcel there. Unfortunately, we have no influence over the UPS delivery process. If you do not collect your shipment by May 21st, it will automatically be returned to us. After receiving the return, we will of course refund you the full purchase price of your order.
