No customer service after I was given an incorrect address to send the sample. Staff could not care less. Very sad.

Everything was explained very clearly, plenty of detail. Regular updates on sample arrival, testing time, etc. Great service.

Can’t really judge until I see the results… Would like to see postage included as I had to go to the post office to buy a 1x postage stamp.

The results were quite confusing. For example, it stated my dog was highly sensitive in some types of food & my thoughts was to remove them from her diet where I can. But under nutritional balances it says she is lacking in certain requirements, but they form part of the foods that she has a higher sensitivity to.

I found the report was very limited compared to other food sensitivity tests that I am aware of that are far more comprehensive and specific There were a lot of pages in the report but most of it was general information

No products delivered. No communication Sent numerous emails,chat, no reply Phone lines disconnected Do not order as it is a scam company

The Service was slow and not as indicated on the website. Having paid extra for express service to Allergy Test and express mail to return the test. All the documentation was not with the original kit. The "Submission Card was Not Provided" and liasing with Allergy Test. Maybe allow staff to liase with the customer to make a common sense practical solution? It was not clear on the website that the tests were to be conducted in the UK. It was indicative the Test would be done in Australia which would have been a quicker process. On a positive note the results were the same as I received from my own Doctor

The process was easy and the results were great, they validated some of the existing things I had thought. Very comprehensive report, highlights food, non food, vitamin deficiencies and hormone which is awesome. Since getting it back I have started addressing the deficiencies and looking forward to improving my bodies health. The only thing they should make clearer is when you mail your sample, you only have to pay for the domestic mailing. I was a little confused as they kept mentioning international shipping kind of irrelevant as they onsend to their UK lab do you don’t really need to know that other than the UK lab will process the results.

After purchase the test took so long to arrive I had to check tracking information to see where it was. The test itself was easy to use. I have posted back the sample and not heard anything since. No results, no email to indicate the sample has been received. I can not recommend this test to anyone.

We sent 3 samples in January and still no results. Can't get in contact with anyone

So far extremely disappointed. Posted my sample back on 23/01 and still nothing. The way it’s advertised makes you believe it will be a very quick process but a month later and still no results. I know you can’t control the shipping times but I was lead to believe this was an Australia company and worst case it would take a week for you to get my sample, but it appears now that they are actually sent overseas.

I never received my order. Perhaps provide updates on processing and fulfilment. Now I need to check if my card has been charged.

Sent sample away 2 weeks ago. No word about them receiving this. Beginning to think this is a con.

Nothing received after mailing 4 weeks ago. Zero communication. Phone number unmanned. If I could give zero stars I would.

My test came back quite quickly and was an easy process

delivery took longer than expected but not the company's fault as they shipped same day. The results came really fast just 2 days after they got my sample. My mum is now also doing the testing because my experience was so good
