So far extremely disappointed. Posted my sample back on 23/01 and still nothing. The way it’s advertised makes you believe it will be a very quick process but a month later and still no results. I know you can’t control the shipping times but I was lead to believe this was an Australia company and worst case it would take a week for you to get my sample, but it appears now that they are actually sent overseas.

Would like to see postage included as I had to go to the post office to buy a 1x postage stamp.

The results were quite confusing. For example, it stated my dog was highly sensitive in some types of food & my thoughts was to remove them from her diet where I can.
But under nutritional balances it says she is lacking in certain requirements, but they form part of the foods that she has a higher sensitivity to.

The Chat was clarifying
The Chat was great, but I wasn't aware that when I shipped my sample to the local address in Australia that the sample would then be shipped overseas to the UK tho the primary testing facility which can take 5-21 days. Wondering why I paid extra for a speedy results when in fact its can nec=ver be called speedy. Heather was lovely.

Very impressed with patience of Heather with my questions.
I would have thought I would be given an information sheet re dog samples not human samples etc as it was for me dog.
But of course, that isn't Heathers fault.
