Review summary
Customers consistently praised the fast shipping and timely delivery, as well as the high build quality and sturdiness of the products. Many reviewers expressed satisfaction with the products themselves, noting that items arrived well packaged and discreet. Customer service was frequently described as responsive, helpful, and competent, with staff effectively resolving issues and providing useful guidance. Some customers also appreciated the available payment options. Several customers experienced delays or issues with the courier service, with numerous negative mentions specifically about the choice of delivery partners such as GLS, which led to inconvenience or missed deliveries. Additionally, some found the website or ordering process confusing or difficult to navigate. While opinions on pricing varied, certain items were noted as expensive by some customers.

Fast delivery, perfect, well packaged. Easy assembly. Let's say the experience with at least one girl who has trouble enjoying is conclusive. In the sense that the device is more enduring than the most efficient man... So the girl, indulged for a long time, realizes she has all the time in the world and eventually has repeated orgasms, as she doesn't think the man will ejaculate soon and drop her...

Heavy, good impact, recommended
Fast, discreet delivery. High-quality, stable processing and good value for money. The motor also handles larger dildos effortlessly. However, at higher speeds, it does move, so the base plate is a recommended extra that we plan to purchase. Customer service has not been necessary up to now.

Brilliant addition to the bedroom. We love using it. It's super quiet (good for people with kids kids), glides smoothly and it's sturdy. If anyone is having second thoughts just go for it, you won't regret it. Build quality is top notch!

Like the Sex Machine products but site can be complicated to navigate. The categories does not always make sense and you have to navigate through several to find the right products. There are still things i know you have but can only search for.
Prices for some products are good. But for others they are a bit ridiculous. Adjustable Sex Machine Table which costs almost the same as a sex machine.

Hi, I have a Hismith sex machine from Hismith. I am totally satisfied with the machine. It is the absolute satisfaction. Your invention of squirting dildos and the accompanying small squirting machine is the absolute coolest invention by Hismith. Wauuuu
I wouldn't know what you could do better. You always have good new ideas.😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘

Ordered and quickly shipped, however, I find it unfortunate that you use GLS as a parcel service. GLS is more geared towards business customers than consumers; I often experience delays with their service, or it's unclear when they will deliver. Unfortunately, there was a delay again until the beginning of the evening, they were supposed to come in the morning.
Furthermore, the range of Hismith is good and the machine I ordered is really designed with quality. I thought the legs were made of cheap hollow tubes, but they are solid, making the machine pleasantly heavy and stable.
If I need something, I'll definitely come back.

Build Quality
Build quality, little noise, compact, light in weight but still power and impact force, nice dildo in terms of volume and softness, good accessories like spring; what you expect from Hismith and black

Order / delivery went as expected..
The ordering and delivery went as expected. It's a shame that with an item of €50, there are still shipping costs of €5.95. That's a 10% extra, it was not available on Bol.com, where strangely enough, you don't pay shipping costs.

Quality Product
Quality product, exemplary finish, plethora of accessories, fast shipping, only the price is a bit high, but when you see the product's quality and features compared to other products in the same category, you understand.

Products good but site could be better.
These are real quality products and no regret for the purchase.
Suggestions for the site:
- Easier machine comparison
- Create a custom starter package with the same discount as pre-assembled packages. Currently, you receive less discount if you order the same package/products separately.
- Ability to choose your own color in starter packages. I actually wanted a blue machine but had to buy the black one to get the discount.

Payment Method
I am particularly pleased that through the system of a regular bank transfer, where you pay in advance, you are not obliged to pay online. I feel safer this way. After my explanation of my payment method, the automatically sent payment requests were paused for a while because paying from Belgium to the Netherlands takes some time. This approach is also very handy. It opens up perspectives for your company to grow across Europe, even in areas where online payment is not obvious. A sincere thank you for not digitizing everything indiscriminately. After all, not everyone is 'well and truly' on the digital highway/train...

Good, can do better. Article HSA194-M, remote control okay, but the red charging light doesn’t go out. Still no vibrations! 😡
Thanks for the explanation. The product is now operational (vibrations okay). 👍

Thank you for your feedback and for updating your review. We are glad that our explanation about the charging light helped clarify the situation. A steady red light indicates the product is charged, while a flashing red light means it is still charging. And most importantly, we are happy to hear that the vibrations are finally working well and that you enjoy them! We wish you lots of pleasure with your purchase. 💜

"Look and feel" Pocket Anus looks good, still some practice and experience needed for maximum enjoyment, but yes, as the saying goes: Rome wasn't built in a day...
Thank you for the swift, reliable, and transparent service, especially regarding billing and transport.
When it suits me, I might place another order in the future.
But first, I'll enjoy what's already been delivered.

Too bad your deliveries are not like I mark at home, as for the machine, and that the rest of my orders are sent to some kiosk or one of your stores, GLS delivery service to the ?!., except for the 1st order besides the translation is gibberish everything is poorly explained and contradictory I say something, they do the opposite, so there you go.

Thank you for your feedback. However, we would like to clarify a point regarding your deliveries. For one of your orders, you selected home delivery, while for the other, you chose delivery to a pick-up point during your order. We shipped the two orders according to the selected delivery methods. We apologize if this caused confusion, but it is not a change in the delivery method made by Hismith or GLS. 💜
