Excellent product, exceptional service.
I ordered a pair of 8mm deSade wrist bracelets for my submissive. Not only was the quality exceptional (the weight was substantial and finish impressive), but the cores with which my order was fulfilled was much better than I had anticipated. Additionally, I had an issue with my order (an error on my part), and the staff was swift and responsive in finding a very gracious solution to my issue. I had ordered a set of similar ankle bracelets from a different manufacturer, prior to finding out about AoB, and I now wish I had known sooner. Everything about this product, and the associated customer experience, has been superior. I will be a customer for life.

Refurbished ?
Hi, delivery was super fast, thanks. Both items are inn very good condition. One looks like refurbished, since the inner packaging and protective paper and plastic were poorly protecting the irons… and the padlock is missing in that one (I bought two pieces of the same article, which makes it easy to compare). Except for that it looks all good.

Thank you very much for your feedback and the kind words about the fast delivery and the condition of the items.
I’m sorry to hear that one of the two pieces seems to have had poorer inner packaging and is missing the padlock. That definitely shouldn’t happen. Thank you for pointing this out.
We will of course send you the missing padlock. We have contacted you via e-mail regarding this. Thanks!

Bought for my special sub.
I bought for my special sub as I was upgrading her simple day collar to something that is a little more overt. She absolutely loves it the collar and the wrist and ankle bracelets!
