The order was not packaged well at all. For a premium product, I’d expect the dispenser to arrive in tact. A little bubble wrap would have solved it. The products are all great. My favourites are the soap, fragrances, and hand creams. Package for hair products could have been better. Most of the stuff remains inside when the pump stops working, so one has to go at length to extract the product. This is why I stopped buying hair products. Otherwise, all is fantastic!
