I expected FIXPART.IE to be an Irish located website. When I checked part was in stock I thought it would be delivered within 3 to 4 days., not so it was 7 day delivery from Netherlands. Got email with details of delivery by UPS. Item was in Dublin 50mins. away day before delivery.to me. Checked afternoon of delivery to find it was in Cork?. Did get item next day. At no time was there any communication Only my checking of tracking showed problem.

I was looking for a heater element for a Hoover Dynamic Next 9kg tumble dryer Model DX C9DG-80. The one you sent me is physically smaller than the old one (ref pics), and also had a male electrical plug (the old one had a female socket). So I had to fashion a gasket (I used 1mm gasket paper) to cover up the open hole either side of the new unit. Also I cut off the electrical connector and replaced it with the female connector from the old unit. And I also had to drill and tap a new mounting hole, as the spacing was different. So despite assurance that this new unit fitted this model, clearly it was not. But nevertheless, I managed to make it fit. Would have preferred to receive the exact replacement, though.

My only negative was the price of the part, I ordered a plastic strip for my glass shelf in my fridge, as my previous one was broken. I found the part expensive at €37. Having said that, I wouldn't hesitate to order again.
