I originally had ordered this part from another website which gave me a delivery date of 3-5 business days. When that rolled around and still nothing had arrived I tried to follow up with them and the item was actually on back order for an estimated additional month. I cancelled that order and went to FixParts who had the exact item - ordered on a Monday and the part was here by Friday with ZERO hassle. Will never be using the other site for any items again.

I ordered a part on 05/06/23, it said when I ordered 3-5 days for delivery. Today
16/06/23 and still not arrived. I have emailed twice and told that they are waiting on the suppliers to respond to them. Not good enough, if part did not meet deadline that was promised they should get the supplier to send another one. I will not be ordering anything from fixpart ever again.

Your Website was very easy to navigate. You had the part and it came when you said it would. Altogether very satisfied with the service.
The only downside was I received a text directing me to a server looking for a customs and excise charge. Its timing would suggest that somewhere in you logistics administration contact details are being leaked to spammers.

I ordered and received a new Beko fridge handle in perfect condition and a perfect match.
I was waiting 7 weeks for the part to arrive but I was kept informed about the delay so I appreciated that.
I understand I ordered the handle only, but if the screws had been included too that would have been ideal!

Found part online for €30.00
I was apprehensive about how cheep it was as apposed to €400.00 for a new dishwasher but when it arived it was a direct fit and within 10 minutes the dishwasher was working better then before. I will definitely use again if the need arise.
