Order was delivered quickly. Support staff were useless. I asked a question to double check the part I ordered would fit my washing machine as the machine part number had extra digits on the end that were not in my machines part number.
Took nearly a week to get an answer by which time I had the part. I had figured out the extra digits were just a repeat of a section of the full part number. Why the support staff did not know this is still a mystery, turns out this is quite the norm for Hotpoint washing machine part numbers.

Replacement freezer drawer fit perfectly
I was looking for a replacement drawer for my fridge freezer and luckily I found this website. Typed the fridge model and there was a list of parts to choose from. I ordered the one I needed and within a week it was delivered. The drawer fit perfectly.
If I have to suggest something to improve it would be the website. Not very user friendly and some parts don't have pictures so could be hard to know if you are ordering the right part. Description of the parts also can be improved.

Completely different to the product manufacturer Bosch Siemens which sent me the wrong part and then refused to take it back. Tumble dryer door catch replaced!
Found the part I needed really easily...delivery was prompt. Part was the door catch for my vented dryer. I fitted it myself in a few minutes...all working perfectly again. Its fantastic to be able to repair electric items simply...better for the environment and your wallet!! I was horrified at the amount of lint that had built inside the body of my dryer...a definite fire risk. I highly recommend regular checks and cleaning...obviously unplug dryer first.

The last item broke by cracking suddenly lengthwise. Would it be possible to consider aluminium or some form of enforcement to support a longer life for these shelves? Even when avoiding glass bottles and limiting containers to 1L volume max, these shelves will eventually crack after a few years. I also found the replacement cost of €42incl. Shipment rather expensive for a plastic door shelf.

Minutes after my package arrived I was asked for a review. I ignored the request. Exactly 2 hours later they reminded me that they hadn't heard from me. I ignored that as well. Now they are asking again. So here goes. I needed a replacement glass shelf for my freezer. The website showed one that is compatible with a range of makes. It didn't display dimensions so I wasn't 100% sure it would fit. Delivery time was fine. The glass shelf was in bubble wrap in a large envelope. A fit flimsy for a fragile item. It fit my freezer.

Good selection of spares bur 1-2 day delivery is not real
I like the good selection of spare parts that are available in the online shop and ease of ordering but the 1-2 delivery day promise is not an actual thing. I ordered my spare ls on Wednesday morning and received them only on Monday next week. Also found that the packaging box for 2 rather small items was massive and seemed like a waste of material, and it arrived pretty squashed and damaged but the items inside were ok.
