Extremely easy to match my existing parts for the new replacement's on the site. Ordering was just as easy and they were dispatched almost immediately and arrived within a few days via ups. The quality was identical to the originals at a much lower price than the manufacturer would have you shell out. Installed in minutes and no more clunking or a machine that constantly tries to escape the kitchen. Purring like a kitten again. Very pleased all in all and should keep a 10 y/o machine good for a while longer. Highly recommend these lads.

The part was very easy to find on your website. It was delivered at the time stated and the product was as ordered. Excellent. One suggestion: I was standing in my hallway when the courier delivered the box. He left it on the doorstep without even ringing the bell. Had I not seen him. It could’ve been there for hours. This part would not have been affected by rainfall, but I imagine that there are parts of which that statement is not true. However, overall very happy with the experience.

Excellent experience with Fixparts. Their interactive website made it easy to identify and order the correct power supply board for my LG OLED TV. The repair was straightforward thanks to the clear information and parts matching, and it saved me from having to buy a whole new TV. Purchased two freezer glass panel shelves, as my new freezer only had drawers. They shipped fast and were as advertised. I would have preferred the measurements to be listed on more products. Way less than half had the actual measurements, only the manufacturer and model numbers. As my freezer didn't come with glass shelves, there was no product number to match to my freezer model. The ones I bought fit well enough, but I'm sure I would have found shelves with a better fit if more had the measurements listed.

The ease of ordering, thought because there so many different parts for the same series of appliance it took awhile to find what I needed! Once found checkout was super easy! My only issue is the method of shipping! It too long to arrive in Ireland! Why did it have to go from Belgium to France before finally making its way to Ireland. You should ship direct from Belgium! The quality of the part is excellent!

I love that I do not have to buy a new blender just because one attachment is broken. It would have felt bad to throw out a well functioning appliance just because I could not use one part. The prices are not cheap, however I can imagine that to carry that many items in stock and probably only have a low quantity of orders for each, that cannot be avoided. I am grateful that this company exist.

I had all the details of my dishwasher and managed to find a lower tray that matched. It was also cheaper than the Kenwood dealers. I was a little worried that I may have been scammed when it took a while to arrive but it did arrive and fits perfectly. It also feels stronger and postage was only €7.99 so I was very happy. I believe I saved €20. I would highly recommend this company.

Your website is easy to use, I liked that I could filter the exact part number etc and was given options to choose from. The only part that I wasn't sure is I put the model number - a different part number came up vs when I put the actual part number it gave me a different item. I wasn't sure which one to go with and how they differed. I chose the one that specified my machine model - to be honest I don't think it's the right part exactly. It's installed & tested a cycle - water is getting stuck between the rubber seal and machine door but it's minor issue (I hope). Otherwise they are reliable, you get what you ordered and had prompt delivery.

The oven interior glass came well packaged and quickly and a great price. The form and fit was good for my particular Siemens over model HB632GBS1B/05; however, the installation was much harder than expected, and no fault of FixPart, as the OEM decided to make it very hard to replace DIY. The DIY video FIxPart provided was for a different model that was actually much easier to for DIY than mine. My model featured a metal top and bottom retaining rail with a metallic "dogear" bottom left and right that prevented the glass from sliding left or right once in place. The problem was that it also prevented a new sheet of glass from sliding in. After taking the entire oven door apart I found the rail/frame assembly was a singular piece welded to together so no way to get the tightly fit glass into place. I then realized I could bend one of the dogears up with a plier and then could slide the new glass into place. I then needed to very carefully tap and bend the dogear back to the original angle and position without breaking the new glass! Ugh! Was a bit stressful but I got it to work out fine in the end. Hopefully this can help other people with the same model. Again no fault of the replacement product but just a heads up for DIY out there.

Great range of parts and easily identified on web site. It arrived from Belgium to Ireland in 3 working days. Arrived at 09:12 and the washing machine was back in action by 09:30. Pricing seemed to be very reasonable to me. For clarity I’m a DIY fixer not a professional.

The fast turn around time between order and dispatch is very good. I wouldn’t say the same for the courier but that is out of your hands.They couldn’t deliver when they say they could and in the end I had to go to a collection point to get it. It would have been nice if a postal delivery option was available.

I ordered a part (a heating element for a cooker) on 22-April. When it arrived, I realised that it was not the correct part. I requested a return of the part, which was agreed and I returned the part on 30-April via GLS couriers. As I had not received a refund by 13-May, I email FixPart.ie to find out why there was a delay. In the meantime, I had purchased an alternative part from FixPart.ie. I was was told that the return had not been received or processed but that I would be contacted when it was. As of 18-May, I have not had any update.

It started with a wrong element I ordered based on their website which was not matching after it's arrival. After tons of emails finally someone answered after many automated email and how it takes more time then expected. I was told I have to send back the element and then the correct element will be replaced after the old one arrived as they can not refund the money it has to be a swap. After a long term of emailing again, the packed arrived and after the confirmation of the product I was waiting when they will send the new correct product which I wanted originally. After days I got an email that the amount got refunded on my account. I asked many time how is this method possible as that is not what I was told. I got no answer, so at the end I had to order the element myself which I knew before I would have ordered ages ago and have it after 2 weeks I ordered and not waiting 3 months, as they said it was the only way to do it. This is ridiculous.

Part was delivered within the time as desribed at time of order. Fitted the new drum closure assembly. The web site was easy to identify the required part for the Tricity Bendix tumble drier. Would definitely order any future parts from your company with confidence. Well done to your company and delivery company.

Tried to get the part directly from Bosch. Was told 10-15 working days for delivery. Ordered exact same part from FixPart. Delivery was quoted as 4 day and that’s exactly how long it took. Excellent service……especially when you’ve a broken washing machine…!!

It my first time to deal with fixpart. Their seem to be a excellent parts supplier. I ordered a russell hobbs coffee carfe for my coffee machine.it arrived in a rew days and perfect fit. I ordered from another supplies earlier providing the same model number.when it arrived it was far too big. Did not bother sending it back. Its fixpart for my next spares. Philip Shannon
