Replacement freezer drawer fit perfectly
I was looking for a replacement drawer for my fridge freezer and luckily I found this website. Typed the fridge model and there was a list of parts to choose from. I ordered the one I needed and within a week it was delivered. The drawer fit perfectly.
If I have to suggest something to improve it would be the website. Not very user friendly and some parts don't have pictures so could be hard to know if you are ordering the right part. Description of the parts also can be improved.

Tumble dryer door catch replaced!
Found the part I needed really easily...delivery was prompt. Part was the door catch for my vented dryer. I fitted it myself in a few minutes...all working perfectly again. Its fantastic to be able to repair electric items simply...better for the environment and your wallet!! I was horrified at the amount of lint that had built inside the body of my dryer...a definite fire risk. I highly recommend regular checks and cleaning...obviously unplug dryer first.

Good selection of spares bur 1-2 day delivery is not real
I like the good selection of spare parts that are available in the online shop and ease of ordering but the 1-2 delivery day promise is not an actual thing. I ordered my spare ls on Wednesday morning and received them only on Monday next week. Also found that the packaging box for 2 rather small items was massive and seemed like a waste of material, and it arrived pretty squashed and damaged but the items inside were ok.

Purchased two freezer glass panel shelves, as my new freezer only had drawers. They shipped fast and were as advertised. I would have preferred the measurements to be listed on more products. Way less than half had the actual measurements, only the manufacturer and model numbers. As my freezer didn't come with glass shelves, there was no product number to match to my freezer model. The ones I bought fit well enough, but I'm sure I would have found shelves with a better fit if more had the measurements listed.

The ease of ordering, thought because there so many different parts for the same series of appliance it took awhile to find what I needed! Once found checkout was super easy! My only issue is the method of shipping! It too long to arrive in Ireland! Why did it have to go from Belgium to France before finally making its way to Ireland. You should ship direct from Belgium! I love that I do not have to buy a new blender just because one attachment is broken. It would have felt bad to throw out a well functioning appliance just because I could not use one part.
The prices are not cheap, however I can imagine that to carry that many items in stock and probably only have a low quantity of orders for each, that cannot be avoided.

Delivery times not honored
At the time of the order (7th of July) the product appeared in stock, to be delivered in 3 to 5 working days. R working days later, I received an email from them stating that the product was out of stock and had to be ordered from supplier, with an estimated dispatch date of 20th of July. Thankfully, I'm not in a hurry, but this is not a good experience. I gave them an extra star for at least sending the update, even if it was late as well. I imagine you could see you have no stock in less than 4 working days.

The only part that I wasn't sure is I put the model number - a different part number came up vs when I put the actual part number it gave me a different item. I wasn't sure which one to go with and how they differed. I chose the one that specified my machine model - to be honest I don't think it's the right part exactly. It's installed & tested a cycle - water is getting stuck between the rubber seal and machine door but it's minor issue (I hope).
