Good spare part but inaccurate and scary support…
Find the spare part I needed however when i asked the support for confirmation I was told “ Unfortunately, we are unable / no longer able to supply the product that you have requested. You could try consulting the manufacturer. However, I am afraid that this product is no longer available.” … i ordered it and it was shipped. It came a bit late as DPD screw up with the address although I provided all the proper information.
I got what i needed but I am seriously hoping i would not need to call the support….

Extractor fan Filter
I got exactly what I ordered and believe me, this was the only place that had what I wanted.
The extractor fan filter fitted perfectly and was delivered in around a week.
However the delivery was not really acceptable as the package (paper box) was left outside in the rain. Luckily 'FixPart' had wrapped the filters in plastic in the box.

Generic part for an LG Fridge Freezer Condenser Motor
I ordered a generic part for an LG Fridge Freezer Condenser fan motor as original parts were difficult to get and weeks for delivery. The part I ordered arrived within 3 working days and I could see the tracking information. I installed it and it worked no issues. As it was a generic part the cable supplied with it was too short so I had to joint the cable and the fan spindle was too long so it protrudes past the fan blades but it still works fine but took a bit longer to install.

The part was correct and I received it in good condition, not in origional packaging. I had to view the correct part myself even though i gave the machine make,model no and the explosive diagram was of no particular help.

Took nearly a week to get an answer by which time I had the part. I had figured out the extra digits were just a repeat of a section of the full part number. Why the support staff did not know this is still a mystery, turns out this is quite the norm for Hotpoint washing machine part numbers.

Very happy with the 2 Bosch larder fridge door replacement shelves, which were delivered by DPD, within a couple of days of ordering them, safely bubble wrapped in a box with a fragile sticker on it. I was looking for a replacement drawer for my fridge freezer and luckily I found this website. Typed the fridge model and there was a list of parts to choose from. I ordered the one I needed and within a week it was delivered. The drawer fit perfectly.
If I have to suggest something to improve it would be the website. Not very user friendly and some parts don't have pictures so could be hard to know if you are ordering the right part. Description of the parts also can be improved.

Tumble dryer door catch replaced!
Found the part I needed really easily...delivery was prompt. Part was the door catch for my vented dryer. I fitted it myself in a few minutes...all working perfectly again. Its fantastic to be able to repair electric items simply...better for the environment and your wallet!! I was horrified at the amount of lint that had built inside the body of my dryer...a definite fire risk. I highly recommend regular checks and cleaning...obviously unplug dryer first.

The last item broke by cracking suddenly lengthwise. Would it be possible to consider aluminium or some form of enforcement to support a longer life for these shelves? Even when avoiding glass bottles and limiting containers to 1L volume max, these shelves will eventually crack after a few years. I also found the replacement cost of €42incl. Shipment rather expensive for a plastic door shelf.
