Le vostre fantasie sono davvero belle. Sono felice di essermi decisa ad acquistarli, anche se sono un po' cari. Il colore blu chiaro della fantasia jaquard che ho acquistato nella misura 35 x 50 per abbinarlo con good evening è bello, ma piuttosto diverso da quello di good evening e dalla foto non si capiva. Peccato che ci fosse diponibilità di good evening in blu chiaro nella misura 35x50. Il corriere non aveva inserito il numero civico nella sua etichetta e così al primo tentativo non ha consegnato. Al giorno successivo mi ha telefonato, ma ha abbandonato la scatola nell'atrio del condominio, senza aspettare che scendessi. Non ho potuto neanche firmare il ritiro. A parte questa sciatteria , che non mi aspettavo, dato che la spedizione non costa poco, in resto molto bene.

I ordered total of €165 goods from you which was just over £135 worth in UK money. Before the goods arrive the tax office emailed me saying I need to pay nearly £50 tax. I didn't know if I buy more than £135 shopping in Europe I have to pay tax. I understand that is my responsibility but it'd be helpful if you mention it before I order. (other online shop in Ireland did mentioned it to me before I bought a hat) I could just take one item out, then I didn't have to pay any tax. It's really expensive tax, so I refuse to pay tax, it means the goods will back to you and I get refund. I emailed your customer service and explained the situation and I asked if you can take one item out and send the rest to me but the person who dealt my email didn't even read my email properly, so I had to repeat my request again, I got reply starting "Whoops! My apologies" (! I found that is not very polite, I am afraid) and told me you can't do what I asked, I have to start to buy again. By then one of item has being 'out of stock', it's been stressful just before Xmas and trying to sort out present etc. Such a bad shopping experience. Now I am waiting for refund from you. I hope at least that is smoothly get it done please.

First, Pip’s website misleads the customer. The delivery durations are not correct. I trusted the information there and placed an order. Second, tracking showed nothing for first 3-4 days. I didn’t know if my order was on its way, in a warehouse, lost, etc. Third, they do not reply your emails promptly if you don’t send them more than one. When I asked them about the faith of my order, G.A. responded me with a “Pip is not responsible.” Also, when I told them I was travelling soon and cancel the order, the same person told me that she hoped I could find someone to help me with the delivery. Indifferent and unconcerned customer service. Once they receive the payment, they are not responsible for anything. Not a pleasent experience.

I bought a towelling robe which was described as blue but was quite distinctly a green hue. It was also made in China and for its cost I felt it was poor value for money. It arrived from the EU, the Netherlands to be precise, and this makes it extremely difficult to return , if not downright expensive. I am keeping it ,therefore, though it is not what I thought I had ,purchased indeed, the falsely represented item is poor.

The designs are wonderful, but it would have been nice to know at the time of placing the order how crazy the import charges are for their goods. I know this isn’t their fault, the maniacs who voted for Brexit have that on their shoulders, but it would be helpful to have something that makes it very clear at the point of ordering that it will costs significantly more to deliver the goods.

I'm displeased. The order arrived quickly, however I had to return two of the items, I have the indication of the post office that have already been delivered to PIP STUDIO about a week ago. But the return is still pending in the online store! I've asked for clarification through the email: i support@pipstudio.com i didn't even get a response.

I placed an order 6 days ago and still haven’t received any information about shipping or delivery. I wrote twice already to their support and still haven’t received an answer. I love their products but as a shop they have a long way to go. Customer support is key nowadays and pip studio simply has none whatsoever.
