Quick confirmn + on-time delivery. BeauBags sent an update that the item I had purchased (a bag) was ready for collection within a few hours of the order being placed, and then i was able to track the order. Reassuring compared to another seller who didn't reply when I asked when the package would be on its way. So I cancelled with them and bought from BeauBags.

Terrible packing. The tape was glued to the leather on the bag and the package arrived slightly open. I’m surprised I was able to remove the tape from the leather after some effort.
