Damaged item shipped to me
I have ordered set of two frying pans and upon unwrapping the new cookware set I discovered that the larger frying pan was damaged. Specifically, a portion of the top edge has been chipped away, leavingvthe rim jagged...I wrote an email to the customer service to ask about exchange /return. The instructions that I have received were way too complicated, asking me to wrap the pans back in the box and ship it back to Netherlands. I was not impressed with this process so I kept the damaged pan, just to avoid all the hassle and complicated return process. I am just really disappointed and surprised, that a damaged item was sent and shipped at first place. I am 100% sure that the damage did not accur during transport, as both frying pans were well wrapped. The damaged pan must have been sent to me like this, which I find really disappointing. I will not be ordering from this company in the future again.

We do believe in the quality of our products, and it is very rare that mistakes happen. We try to make sure that we only send intact items to our customers, but with 19.000 products on the site and the large amount of shipments we make daily, it does sometimes happen that something slips through; but, if you contact us, we will always do our best to correct the mistake.
