Creative engineering and great quality
The desk is very good quality and nice engineering for cables hiding! Having to deal with also the cables from the devices I use for work that really helps.
I managed to fit it in my frame, I was a bit worried about it since mine it's a 4 leg electric standing desk and didn't know the interference with the parts below the desk, but having a bit shorter cable management I could fit everything.
The quality manufacturing is also very good!

The desk itself is beautiful - the wood is gorgeous (I went with walnut and its warmth is exceptional), it's machined precisely and intelligently, it's easy to build, and the customization in unparalleled. Even better than the desk is the phenomenal customer service. I had some items damaged in shipment and they were replaced quickly and entirely; one of the accessory bases looked lighter than the table (I thought it may have been oak) and while it was walnut, they replaced it anyway with a darker piece for better cohesion; everyone I talked to was kind and informed. Exactly what I hoped for
My new desk has arrived and I’m absolutely thrilled.
Photos don't do it justice. It's far more striking in person, with that liveliness and warmth only real wood can convey.
The details are really well thought out, and I was pleasantly surprised I assembled something this big and solid using just a small allen key and no hassle at all.
One important thing to mention is that the desk doesn't wobble when raised.
Before buying the desk, I exchanged a few emails with the Ergohide team. They were very responsive, helpful and friendly.

Positives and negatives
The negatives:
My desk top arrived scratched
The legs arrived scratched
These were two separate items with manufacturing defects rather than shipping damage. Their QA process clearly isn’t sufficient.
Initial delivery took 2 weeks and an extra 3 week to get the non scratched legs.
I need to wait for a kit to repair my own desktop.
When the new legs arrive I have to completely dismantle the desk to fit them and repair the desk surface.
I expect not to have to deal with silly basic issues like this on a £1000 desk, faults like this should be picked up long before reaching a consumer.
I bought their 180cm desk and while the legs are thick, wide and sturdy, the extendible section seems slightly less robust.
I bought the pc holder and my pc doesn’t fit in it (check the size of yours before purchase)
Positives
It’s a beautiful desk
Reasonably easy to put together
Their customer service team replied quickly, even over the Christmas period.
In conclusion
If you are lucky enough to get an undamaged item then it’s a lovely looking desk. I don’t think you will find a nicer desk for much less money.

A great desk
My desk is truly amazing. I love every aspect of it. Not only is it extremely beautiful, it is also practical and sturdy (no balance issues despite being half on and half off a carpet).on top of that probably one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had - always prompt, courteous, and understanding, without giving me BS. There were some delay issues with the package but those should be solved now that they are more established in the US.

My new desk from ErgoHide exceeded my expectations.
The assembly went very smoothly, with brief but accurate assembly instructions and the elevation mechanism worked first time when I plugged it in. I subsequently coded it for two positions, one standing and one seated, again without any problems.
The finish of the desk is beautiful - true craftmanship shows in every detail.
I have been working on the desk now for several weeks, both in elevated and in lower position.
