Late Delivery that could have been avoided
Not knowing that you couldn't make a delivery on 30 April should have resulted in delivering it on 29 April. Telling me you would deliver on 1 May when everyone knows that's a Holiday was insincere. My recipient finally got their flowers 2 days late on 2 May and to make it worse, they were not delivered until 4:55 p.m.!
