Ordered the tractive shocks from Wunderlich as the had the colors that fit my bike (r1250gsa). The shocks work good and quality is top notch. But the instructions are very poor, this could use some improvement. Like how to setup the sag on your specific motorcycle, and not a generic booklet. Also motorcycle specific installation instruction should be there…. For most of us working on a motorcycle is also part of the hobby, and having some guidance would be nice, especially for these kind of expensive shocks

Excellent service, in need for more accessories.

Maybe increase the diversity of after market accessories for motorcycles and scooters especially for the models which are not the best selling models of BMW Motorrad, i.e. R18, C400 GT and C400 X. Thank you!

Not received yet

I have not received the products until now. Which is the main reason behind the stars given. All what I’m asking is to enhance the international delivery system. There are lots of online shops in Europe delivering products cheaper and faster. I even don’t know what is the status of shipment it been in the same status for almost 5 days. Given your product especially for the gs bmw, that’s should be different. Btw I have a need for some items, I have chosen a different brand the minute I remembered ur shipping process

The delivery date for existing orders will be updated. You will send a simple email to inform customers that the date has been changed. Orders have been paid for and you have received the money, but apart from an apology, there has been no compensation whatsoever for the customer. The availability date for the oldest order has already been changed for the third time, and still no compensation has been offered to the customer. Not even a reply to the emails that were sent.

In general I am happy but the prices are going to be extremly high and it is not going in parallel with the quality above average any longer. Next time I will compare with what market offers first.

Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing regarding a Wunderlich Hub Cover TORNADO (color: titanium) which I recently purchased. During installation, using the supplied/original adapter and following the installation instructions, the thread on the rear axle was damaged and failed while tightening the hub cover. The installation was carried out carefully and without excessive force; nevertheless, the thread stripped/broke. As this product is designed to be installed with an adapter and should not place excessive load on the rear axle thread, this type of damage should not occur under normal installation conditions. Please find attached photos showing: the damaged rear axle thread the installed hub cover and adapter the product itself I kindly ask you to review this case and advise on the next steps, as the damage has resulted in a significant and unexpected repair to a critical motorcycle component. Bad logistics - do better!

Everything as expected exept the logistics. The parcel was left outside my house before christmas though it was initially scheduled for delivery one week later. No options for having it delivered to nearest parcel center and UPS app didn't work so the parcel was left outside for a week while I was away from home. On top of this the price for the delivery of this very small item was extremly high, 25 euros, campared to similar transportations. Bad Wunderlich - shape up your logistics with alternatives available at ordering and lower freight price!

They promised to send engine guards in a month period, but sent in few days. They even apologised on separate email for delay, and then sent it right away. Nice surprise. Quality of the guards is also superb.
