First, the assembly instructions are horrible. Tiny print and very poor labelling of pieces. We spent hours trying to figure out which part was which. Please number the parts! It's not hard and it makes life infinitely easier. Also, number the bolts and nuts. It's not always clear which is supposed to go where. And please show us more than one side of the furniture. There were pieces hidden from us because they were supposed to be behind in the 2d image. Second, the doors do not align properly. There are gaps between the doors and the frames and the gaps are uneven for all sides and all doors. Not great. The piece took many weeks to be ready, I expected a bit more. There are not many options for choosing on their website. That said, for a [pseudo-]bespoke piece of furniture, it's reasonably priced. The general quality of the object seems to be decent, it looks sturdy, seems generaly good and gets the job done. Only time will tell whether it was a good investment or not. Delivery was beautifully handled.

moeilijk om in mekaar te zetten , handvaten staan op verschillende plekken en deurtjes hebben verschillende afmetingen. De gebruiksaanwijzing die erbij was gaat over de kasten in het algemeen en dus niet over de kast die jij koopt.

MDF sideboard
I purchased an MDF sideboard, the quality / sturdiness is one up from IKEA but overall I don’t feel it is good value for money, with metal connectors visible at each segment and no caps provided for these.
Lead time is ridiculously long, Pickawood took the full 12 weeks (of the 9-12 quoted) to dispatch.
Each piece comes individually numbered and labelled in a font so small it’s almost impossible to read, and on top of this most of the labels on my order didn’t correspond to the diagram provided so had just been slapped on randomly at the factory. Pickawood could make assembly much easier by allocating one part number to each identical part eg apx 12 identical shelves had one part number each.
Packaging is quite flimsy and one part arrived chipped.
I did communicate with customer services via email and they were helpful and responsive.
