Precise description on the website, Backpack ordered on a sunday afternoon, delivered in parisian surbub on the following Thursday. The only thing I can think of which coud be improved, would be the protection of the item for transportation.

I was assured my parcel would be here in time for Christmas as it was a gift. And after arriving in Ireland 5 days prior to Christmas the parcel tracker then said there would be delays , extremely disappointed as I’m still waiting.

Ik wait for 10 days no for my order en received nothing yet. I can't track my shipment en i wonder if i ever get my shoes.
