Deux commandes passées sans souci sur le site. La livraison suit les délais indiqués et le suivi est conforme aux attentes. Je n’ai pas eu à retourner d’article pour l’instant donc je ne peux pas juger le service client pour l’instant.
Ordered something in November. Returned it on december 9th with tracking number (so I know it arrived). No confirmation email from them saying they received. I wrote them several emails (more than 5), I called them several times (at different times on different days). Finally I spoke with someone who seemed to realized their refund didn´t come through, he said had to check with financial dpt. He said he will contact me in 10 minutes, here I am waiting 5 hours later. 132€ was the value of my order.
I haven not received my package untill now. Have contacted the courrier but so far no reply or success.

Super slow delivery & overpriced
Super slow delivery. The frietag bag was really fashionable and well priced. The Patagonia fleece sweater - overpriced. Different places 50euro cheaper. Unfortunately found out too late

We are very sorry for the delay in delivery, this was due to logistical problems that occurred unexpectedly.
As for the price of the products - we try to stick to the prices that are recommended directly by the brands and suppliers, if we discount the products too much (this way the competitors will get the product 50 EUR cheaper, which we absolutely respect, in the end it is your decision as a customer where you buy the product), we would devalue its quality and real value. Unfortunately, we cannot sell a sustainable and quality product undervalued. So we hope you understand our actions and that you are still happy with your purchase. :)
