Deux commandes passées sans souci sur le site. La livraison suit les délais indiqués et le suivi est conforme aux attentes. Je n’ai pas eu à retourner d’article pour l’instant donc je ne peux pas juger le service client pour l’instant.

Ordered something in November. Returned it on december 9th with tracking number (so I know it arrived). No confirmation email from them saying they received. I wrote them several emails (more than 5), I called them several times (at different times on different days). Finally I spoke with someone who seemed to realized their refund didn´t come through, he said had to check with financial dpt. He said he will contact me in 10 minutes, here I am waiting 5 hours later. 132€ was the value of my order.

Free return would be great

Return of items bought on Freshlabels should be free, as for other similar online sellers.

Hi Vincenzo, thanks for the feedback, we appreciate it. :) Regarding return shipping costs - we try to support our philosophy and concept of sustainability by letting the customer pay the return shipping. We want to reduce unnecessary returns and sending packages back and forth as much as possible. We believe that with this in mind, each customer will think carefully about their purchase and choose the items they really want to keep. Of course, we let customers choose their own carriers, according to their own needs and preferences. For example, DHL Go Green is one of the cheaper and more environmentally friendly options to send a parcel back to us. :) We hope you will be sympathetic to that. Kind regards, Lenka/ FL
