Re: TDT-JW230317Larry-WY-TM-0611 I would like to take this opportunity to thank Kelly for the Thailand, Cambodia, and Malaysia tour she developed for us for the period of 17 March to 17 April 2023. Now that I have returned home and had time to reflect on our experiences I can safely say you exceed my expectations in so many ways. During the planning stage you collected the appropriate information, developed a plan, then responded to my feed back in a timely manner. Your degree of planning showed an excellent understanding of the local environment and its challenges. The end result was an efficient tour that provided a good balance of cultural immersive, fun and, time to recover just when needed. In addition you provided updates whenever changes like flight times occurred and local points of contact given should a concern arise. Your updates demonstrated you were looking ahead of our tour progress making certain there were no problems. The local tour guides you selected were consistently excellent. They were very engaging, knowable, and energetic. They would discuss what was planned, and how it was to be done, and if there were any questions or changes we wished to make. Time after time when we went to a venue they knew the best way to get there, already had the tickets or forms to get right in and then provided an excellent experience. At the end of the event they had an air conditioned vehicle waiting for us with cool towels and ice water. In this hot climate this was very much appreciated. Not having to stand around waiting added to the overall enjoyment. I can not say enough about your excellent logistics planning. We never felt rushed, when we got to a hotel we were always expected and they were ready for us. All seven of the flights we took were well planned. The guides would take us to the airport and check us in to be certain there was no problems. When we arrived at our destination there was always someone waiting for us and we were off without any delays. In the one instance where there was a question about having the necessary country visa for a flight. Not only were you quickly available but you produced an alternate plan that actually got us to our next destination a few hours sooner than originally planned. How and where one travels is a highly personal decision. But through your interview you obtain the necessary information to provide us the appropriate type tour. The overall experience was excellent and something we will remember forever. Your being recognized as one of the most trustworthy tour operators is well deserved. Good, but missed follow up by Amira during the stay The guide who was like the Tourmanager was new in his job, but a very nice, helpful and polite young man. Van recommend him
