I like the seat (where my ass goes) and the lower back pillow. The overall aesthetics of the chair is very nice. It was delivered very quickly, too (2-3 days). I don't like the head pillow. Its very uncomfortable and irritates my upper back because of the closing stitching at the end of the pillow. Its like a small stone. When compressed, it creates a hard feeling and rubs off my spine (a sensitive part of the body). The stitching should be behind the pillow and out of contact with the body or above the head. It was poorly tested, obviously... I also feel like the pillow is too long and can't be adjusted for better comfort mitigating the issue at hand. That annoying closing stitching is always there. I can't raise it higher out of the way. The magnet in the pillow should be set lower or the magnet on the chair should be slightly higher to be able to move it into a comfortable position. I checked the website for alternative magnetic pillows — for example, a pillow that supports the back of the neck and head better — but nothing. Unfortunate. 3.8 / 5.

I ordered the X-One Prime thinking it would be more comfortable than my old X-Horn which has deteriorated with the passage of time (synthetic leather has flaked). Comfort is worse despite being covered by textile so I’m a little disappointed but the quality is still there.

At first the chair felt a little hard in the seat, but after using it several times I started to find it comfortable. I like the feeling it gives me in my back. I like the chair.

Ordered them on leather, biggest mistake, no leather in my life made me sweat like an animal. It was hard to assemble due to stuck nuts, barely a grown man took them. So shortly, the chairs came with stuck screws, and as hard they were to get out, same they were to put. They aren't that straight, so if you want to lean forward these aren't the chairs for you, it's a max leaning. At least they pretty idk what to do in the summer if I sweat so much. I can't return them since it took me 8 hours to screw and assemble, I can't lose other 5, also rly painful because.

The chair is already squeaking when you sit down, after a couple weeks. Build quality overall seems rather poor. We have a second Diablo chair, that we ordered through a retailer. That one had a metallic clicking/rattling sound, when you were rolling around, or moving on the chair. They sent a new bottom part for the chair. That fixed it for a week, but it has the same issue now. I'm going to live with it now, but we will probably get new high quality chairs soon and just throw these in the trash. You won't care, you have my money already. Can't recommend the chairs, as much as I would like to.

Excelente silla con pistón alto (lo mejor). Calidad precio muy buena. Por ponerle algún pero me gustaría que el soporte lumbar pudiera subirse más pero ya es un gusto personal debido a mi altura. Personalmente estoy muy contento.
