Modern technology that has problems with modern technology
I’ve had two outdoor cameras for about two weeks now. It’s simply impossible to integrate them into my existing Wi-Fi network. For now, I’m still using a very old repeater to connect them—at least one of the cameras works without any problems. The second one has to be unplugged regularly, which isn’t possible at all when I’m not at home. My Netatmo cameras have been working flawlessly for 10 years, even with the new routers and repeaters. I’m completely dissatisfied with a security camera that doesn’t even provide security because you never know when it will log out, and the only way to get it to log back in is by turning the circuit breaker off. It doesn’t even do that automatically.

Thank you for your feedback. To prevent water from leaking into the battery compartment it is secured with a firmly holding latch. Pull on the two side tabs to release the latch and lift it upward to remove it. To close the compartment again, insert the latch into the slot, press the two tabs back into their guides, and press the latch downward until it audibly clicks into place.

Impossible to calibrate.
Will have to contact support, but don’t fall for the easy installation claims. First they didn’t fit with the adapters, when I did buy the right adapters I can’t get them to calibrate.
