Had to email them multiple times to confirm a delivery and they couldn't, just kept saying I should get a email in 2 days.
When I said didn't want them any longer as they weren't going to be delivered in a timely manner they said they couldn't refund me, as goods were dispatched, I'd have to return them. When pressed to provide evidence of dispatch they told me they didn't know where my order was.
A complete waste of time and delayed me finishing my garden as I had to oder the material else where.
